I love the friendliness of the front desk clerks, particularly Andrea.

The bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like the parking situation. The walk from the parking deck that you were made to pay for was too far. Being told you could only park on deck 5 or 6 in an empty parking deck was ludicrous.

The room was a bit small.

I totally disliked that the person who worked at the breakfast counter taking our food order did not understand English very well. She was barely able to understand what we ordered. We asked questions about the menu and she was not able to “even” answer. We ordered the steak, egg and potatoes. It was the worst tasting food that I have ever tasted while traveling. Please tell the cook to stop drizzling that yellow sauce all of everything on the plate. It was horrible as well. All food does not taste good with same sauce on it. Ughhhh I am having a flashback of the nasty food just writing about it.

I probably would not make the choice to stay at Even Hotel again. Too underwhelming.

About 3 a.m. in the morning so much noise front desk did nothing about it . It seems as if call girls was stay at that hotel doing work . It was awful
