Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms and right after checking in, we found a cockroach in one of the rooms. The hotel staff offered to move us to another room, which we accepted. However, in the second room we found three more cockroaches.

Despite this, the hotel staff still tried to convince us to stay at the property and offered us another room. At that point, after finding cockroaches in two different rooms, we had completely lost confidence in the cleanliness of the hotel and decided to leave.

After negotiating with us, the hotel agreed to give us a full refund but could not do it on the spot and asked us to come back the next day to get the refund. However, when we returned the following day to collect the money, the process became unnecessarily complicated. Initially, they gave us a lower amount. After we pointed out that the amount is less than what we had paid, the personnel counted and recounted the money multiple times, and despite having already agreed to a full refund the previous day, they attempted to return less than the amount we originally paid.

We had to insist repeatedly and eventually threaten legal action in order to receive the full amount that had already been agreed upon. In total, we spent approximately one hour simply trying to collect our refund.

Finding multiple cockroaches in two separate rooms was already unacceptable. Trying to convince us to stay despite the situation, followed by such a difficult and stressful refund process, made the experience even worse.

Based on our experience, we absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.
