Dålig pga av alldeles för dyr avgift flr hundarna utan att ens få en vattenskål samt att rummet luktade fruktansvärt ill

Cons:

Rummet luktade illa och dessutom betalade vi 600 kr för två smi chihuahuor och då gick de inte ens en vattenskål snacks eller någonting. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på tom Ibis i Empernay gav hundarna varsin rulle bajspåsar, varsin vattenskål och gardist ben

لا يوجد في الحقيقه شي كبير الاهميه
ولكن فقط لم بكن هناك فرشاة اسنان ومعجون وايضا ادوات الحلاقه كما تتفوفر في الفنادق الاخرى
وللامانه لا اعلم هل هي اساسيه ام لا

فندق فخم وجميل انصح به للباحثين عن الهدوء والراحة النفسية والطبيعة الخضراء والهواء النقي والاستمتاع بالطبيعة الخلابه

Cons:

الحمام لايوجد به شطاف ماء اتمنى ان ادارة الفندق تحقق رغبة بعض النزلاء .
المطعم يغلق مبكراً بعد غروب الشمس الساعه 1:30 م اتمنى ان يبقى مفتوحاً حتى الساعه12 م

الموقع ، الطبيعة يمكنكم المشي فالحديقة القريبة جدًا وجميلة وقيادة الدرجات ، بالاضافة الى قيادة القوارب .

تم تسلمينا الغرفتين وهي غير نظيفة وقذرة والحمام غير نظيف بتاتا ولم يتم تنظيفها ، فقط تم ترتيب السرير !!!

منيو الاكل غير واضح اكثر الاطباق بحسب الشيف فاليوم نفسه .

De locatie was prachtig. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en mooie tuin. De kamer was schoon.

Cons:

De zadels van de fietsen waren echt beroerd. Na een kwartier fietsen kreeg je al zadelpijn en dit maakte het heel oncomfortabel. En ontbijt was mwuah, heel simpel en voor de prijs naar mijn mening te weinig keuze (koffie alleen uit de automaat en ei ook alleen van het buffet). Daar heb ik echt andere verwachtingen bij voor die prijs en als ik het vergelijk met vergelijkbare hotels. Ook het ontvangst was niet heel welkom. Qua gastvrijheid en kwaliteit van het personeel viel het echt tegen.

بدء من موظفات الإستقبال إنتهاء بخدمة الغرف
كان تعاملنا مع الموظفه روز كانت أكثر من راقيه ومتفهمه
ما أعجبني أيضا وجود موقف للباص على بعد 6 دقائق يمين الفندق
وهناك سوبرماركت تصل إليه مشيا لمدة 16 دقيقه
وهناك ساحة مطاعم بسبطة ومحلات لبيع الملابس والاحذية الطبيعية والكافيهات على بعد 25 دقيقه مشياً وتصل إليه بالباص رقم 120
الجميل في المكان ان الباص ياتي كل وقت
والأجمل لو كان لديكم سياره
كما يوجد في المكان قوارب بالحجز المسبق تاخدوه من الاستقبال الرحله لمدة 3 ساعات خاص وأنتم من تقودونه حسب كلام موظفة الإستقبال
يوجد مطعمان في الفندق الافطار متاح بالحجز مع الغرفه وبدون الغرفه يكون السعر 29 يورو

أما الغداء والعشاء لابد من الحجز المسبق ويفضل قبلها بيوم في كلا المطعمين بحسب كلام الشباب العاملون في المطعم

لقد تعرضنا للإحراج حينما اردنا الغداء في مطعم الفندق وصلنا جائعون جدا جدا الساعه 5:36 مساءا واستقبلنا الشباب المحترمون وقالوا لنا نعتذر لايوجد مكان للجلوس فالمطعم محجوز بالكامل الى 54 شخص
اخبرناهم من خلال استخدام ترجمة قوقل باننا جائعون ونريد شيء خفيف اعتذرو وقالوا لا نستطيع فالمكان محجوز

عدنا لغرفنا وجلست أمام النافذة أراقب المطعم لم يكن هناك ازدحام حتى الساعه 9:45 مساء

الازدحام كان بالمطعم المقابل للنهر أما المطعم التابع للفندق والذي تم رفض جلوسنا فيه بحكم حجزه من قبل 54 شخص كان شبه خالي وقد صورته في كل الاوقات

نصيحتي لكل من يحصل على معلومه ولم يراها مكتوبها في تعليقات بوكنج عليكم كتابته
حتى لا يقع أحد في الحرج كما وقعنا فيه نحن


- إضافة إلى ذلك أنصح ممن لديهم ألم في القدم والركبة لايسكنوا الغرفة ذات الطابقين
الدرج سيء وعتباته صغيره
سكنا ثلاث ليالي وخرجنا بألم الركب بسبب نوعية الغرف التي لم نلاحظها من خلال الصور
وحينما طلبنا تبديل الغرف لغرف ذات طابق واحد اخبرونا بانه لا مجال ابداً

De tuin van het hotel gelegen langs het riviertje de Vecht

Cons:

Alles was ok wat betreft accomodatie. Wat betreft het personeel is er ergens een gemis aan een leidinggevende. Het receptiepersoneel kan zekerlijk nog bijleren hoe je een gast correct en vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangt.
