Buena ubicación, personal muy simpático
Pros:

Apartamento muy bien situado, cómodo para moverse por Tokio en un barrio muy tranquilo pero con todo lo necesario para el día a día. El personal es muy amable y atento. El espacio es muy reducido, pero está bien aprovechado aunque a veces es complicado moverse. Hacen la limpieza cada dos días siempre que se indique. Dispone de lavadora, frigorífico, placa eléctrica y microondas. También tiene hervidor de agua y televisión.

Cons:

Es demasiado pequeño. Aunque se puede hacer vida normal sin problema.

Great location with nice employees but very small
Pros:

The location was excellent and very close to the trains and 7/11 stores

Cons:

The rooms are very small and very difficult to maneuver with 3 adults and luggage

10/10 for the location, staff and value for money. Not a lot of comfort and space in the room.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and was fluent in English, they were very helpful. I thought we got the value for our money.

Cons:

Overall, we liked everything about the hotel, location, staff and amenities in the room. However, we thought the room was tinier than the pictures made it look like. Also, I thought that there are beds in the room but it was just mattresses on the floor.

簡潔又聰明的空間設計，舒適的住宿，地點須三思
Pros:

附近是住宅區，非常安靜
飯店的空間非常好，利用錯層的設計，讓使用空間多出很多
盥洗空間稍微小，不過衛浴有浴缸，非常棒
很適合家庭或三五好友想要一起住的需求
房間讓行李都有地方可以打開，很實際的設計

Cons:

住宿地點離上野車站有很長一段距離，如果是拖行李走路要很久
距離淺草寺走路大約15分鐘可以到，算是有點方便又不是很方便的地點，我們最後都使用luup去附近的地方

服務人員解說住宿所有的設備跟使用方式有點過於冗長，讓我們入住的時候等待有點久

The place is much smaller than it looks on pictures. A bit outdated. Quite a walk to subway.

It worked for our purposes
Pros:

The room was sufficient and served it need. The hotel staff was nice. The room was clean my husband and son really liked it.

Cons:

The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from station which is a little far when you make it multiple times a day. The rooms are very small and interesting logistics with stairs to get into. Not recommended for families with small children. They will get hurt.
