Pros:

הצוות היה מאןד אדיב ומסביר פנים ועזרו בכל בקשה. שידרגו לנו את החדר, הביאו שמפנייה ופירות. החדר היה גדול ומרווח.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת ומעולה. היינו עם רכב כך שהמיקום לא שינה לנו יותר מדי, יש חנייה עם שער.

Cons:

המתקנים קצת מיושנים, המעלית מקרטעת, אין מיזוג במסדרונות של המלון, הכיסאות בבריכה ישנים… אפשר לתחזק קצת יותר טוב את המקום.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

A small boutique hotel with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and attentive.

The service is extremely bad.

1. Check-in was 3 p.m. We arrived at 3:30 and the receptionist bluntly said the room wasn’t ready and went back to her PC. When I asked how long, she tried calling someone, couldn’t reach them, and told me to wait. Twenty minutes later there was still no answer. After another 15 minutes she handed me the keys without a word and walked off.

2. Ironing a shirt turned into an ordeal. I called reception for an iron and board; nothing came after 20 minutes. I called again and was assured it was on its way. On our way out I asked the same employee in person to leave it in our room – “yes, of course.” When we returned, still nothing. A different employee then told me the hotel has no ironing boards and I could use the staff one in the laundry room. The first employee then claimed the board was “being repaired” (??). I was given wrong directions, eventually ran into the check-in receptionist, who reluctantly led me there – only to find it locked and tell me I needed a key from reception, which no one had mentioned. She tried calling someone, got no answer, and I gave up.
No one apologised, tried to fix it, or followed up. It felt like normal routine for them.

3. At the pool we asked staff for a fresh towel. They said they’d bring one, left, and never came back.

Overall the staff are disengaged and unaccommodating, and it feels like no one cares about the guests.

4. Beyond the service, the hotel is old, doesn’t feel fresh, and cleanliness standards are questionable.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel completely exceeded all our expectations and made our experience truly special.
We loved everything — the excellent service, the delicious and outstanding breakfast, the impeccable cleanliness of the room, the comfort, and all the facilities. The hotel itself is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a lovely atmosphere. Everything was clearly taken care of with great attention to detail.
A very special thank you to the entire team! Every member of staff was incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and helpful. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
We enjoyed every moment and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel 100%! It is definitely a place we would love to return to. Thank you for making our stay so memorable — we honestly couldn’t have asked for more!

Tesisim konumu iyiydi. Gerçi protaras küçük bir bölge o nedenle her yer bir birine yakın. Eğer aracınız yoksa otelin konumu merkezin 4-5 dk uzağında. Daha merkezde otel seçebilirsiniz ancak otel hem merkez kalabalığında değil ama oraya çok çok da yakın. Konumun yanında personeli çok çok iyiydi. Bir çok sorun yaşamamıza rağmen her zaman güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı bir şekilde bize yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

İlk olarak bize verilen odada çift kişilik yatak olması gerekirken 2 tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş şekilde verildi ve odada sıcak su yoktu..bunun şikayetini yaptığımızda hemen odamızı değişip bir üst seviye odaya geçirdiler. Yeni odada yatak çift kişilikti ve sıcak su da vardı ancak özellikle duşta kullanılan malzemeler çok alt seviyeydi. Deydiğiniz yer elinizde kalıyor. Ayrıca duşun zeminine doğru eğim verilmediği için duştaki bütün su tuvalete ve odaya akıyor. Böyle bir hata nasıl yapılıyor anlamış değilim ki banyonun kapısı bu nedenle kabarmış zor kapanıyor durumda. Bunun yanında odalardaki tv ler smart tv olmasına rağmen hiçbir platform kullanılmıyor. Normal kanalların da yüzde 70 i göstermiyor, izleyebildiğin kanallarında yabancı kanal olmasından nerdeyse hiçbirini anlamıyorsun zaten. Bu çağda smart TV olmayan Netflix YouTube olmayan otel ilk kez görüyorum. Bir de bunun yanında gece 1-2 ye kadar otelde hoparlörden verilen müzik kapatılmıyor, odaların camları da kaliteli olmadığı için sessizlikte uyumayı seviyorsanız bu imkansız oluyor.

Exceptional check in welcoming and check out and a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast, the room facilities the exceptionally friendly and well trained personnel. Location and views from the room were exceptional, the round sunbed on the balcony was quite an unexpected and useful facility.

Cons:

The quality of the workmanship in the bathroom and the ergonomics of it. Very difficult to enter and exit the bathroom, someone spread silicone all over the tiles, drains and shower screen which made it look very bad. The AC was set prior to our arrival at 19 degrees, apart from being chilly the entire floor was wet because of this.
