יחסית חדש..ארוחת בוקר נחמדה. הכנת חביתות לפי דרישה. מיץ תפוזים סחוט טרי. לא שורה ראשונה לחוף אבל קרוב מספיק למפרצים חמודים מאוד.
בריכה חמודה. בריכה פנימית נעימה. יש מכון כושר וספא אבל לא עשינו בהם שימוש. נציגות הקבלה מאוד נעימות ושמחות לסייע.

Cons:

הכניסה למעליות לא ברורה. מעין כניסה אחורית. מדורג 5 כוכבים וזה קצת מוגזם. זרם חלש של המים במקלחת. הדלת עם פתיחה מוזרה שנת'עת בשירותים. משהו שם לא הסתדר אבל לא היה קריטי. קבלנו חדר חיצוני והיה המון רעש גם מהמלון השכן וגם משיפוצים שעשו באותו הזמן.
קצת רחוק ממה רחוב הראשי אבל לא קריטי אם מחפשים בעיקר ים.

נכון לעזור תמיד עם חיוך וסבלנות.
וראוי לציין את המנהל שהיה קשוב וענה על הבקשות באדיבות .
ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה.
הבריכה החיצונית היתה נעימה עם הרבה מיטות שיזוף. מים נקיים ונעימים.
חדר המשחקים לתינוק תמיד היה פנוי ומסודר.
בקבלה תמיד נתנו בקבוקי מים.

Polite people and staff. The rooms are nice and renovated.

Cons:

1. The double bed is two single beds together.
2. The TV is really slow if you get into the internet or netflix.
3. The breakfast is not that great and one night we stayed in for dinner which was bare minimum for the price.

מלון יפה, נקי שירות יוצא מן הכלל.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה, חדר מרווח ונעים חיכו לנו פינוקים בחדר.
חוף ים פרטי של המלון 5 דקות הליכה מהמלון, ביציאה מהבריכה.
המון חופים יפים ולא מאוד רחוקים מהמלון.
יחס נפלא ממליצה בחום ואשמח לחזור למלון.

Not a true 5-star hotel
Cons:

I honestly cannot understand how At Herbal Hotel in Protaras has a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the quality of the hotel does not match this category at all.

The room furnishings felt low quality, and the bathroom was very poorly designed. To use the toilet, you actually have to step into the shower area in order to close the bathroom door. Under the sink, there were wires hanging, and the toilet paper holder was broken.

The pillow was extremely high and uncomfortable, and I could not sleep properly. There was also no selection of pillows available, which is something I would expect from a 5-star hotel. On top of that, there were ants in the room.

The swimming pool is very small, more like the size of a puddle than a proper hotel pool. At the pool bar, there was only one person working, which made it almost impossible to order anything without waiting for a long time.

The only positive thing I can mention is the staff at the reception and in the restaurant — they were polite and helpful. However, good staff cannot compensate for the poor quality, bad design, and lack of proper 5-star standards in the hotel.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and in my opinion, the hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating.

the fact that the cleaners left the ashtray dirty after they cleaned. And unfortunately, even though I know it is not the hotel's fault, the day we were leaving my husband found a big cockroach in the bathroom.
