Good as I expected it
Hotel was very nice and clean, restaurant staff was amazing. Housekeeping exceptional and polite. Location wise is perfect.
The reception staff need to work on their communication skills. How to talk to a guest, how to resolve the issues that are caused by the hotel, and should be fixed instantly. You can not tell the customer to go and wait when we have been waiting for 2 hours. The room was flooded because the shower drain was clogged. The water came halfway into the room, but she couldn't be bothered to solve it. When she finally found us another room, our unpacked stuff had to be packed, and she didn't even send someone to help. She just gave the keycard and sent me off to find the room and move in there myself. Her attitude was rude, and when i said im the guest, the hotel is yours. You have to fix it she replied in a mocking laugh. The hotel does not belong to me.
Das Frühstückbuffet und das Personal im Restaurant war kompetent und freundlich. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war toll.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr wortkarg und für ein Hotel der Preiskategorie deplatziert. Sie hat uns keinerlei Informationen über das Haus gegeben, lediglich den Aufzug gezeigt ?!? Bei Fragen hat sie uns abgewiesen. Der Hotelsafe ging am 2. Tag nicht mehr auf und das Badezimmer hatte einen modrigen Geruch. Früh um 6.30 Uhr fing der Poolboy an mit dem Dampfstrahler zu reinigen - gute Erholung sieht anderst aus :-(
