Pros:

The rooms are outdated. We had water under the bed as a group. A plumbing problem. The place is a bit outdated. The bed is uncomfortable. The service is great. The food is not good at all. The location is great, close to the sea. Not worth what we paid 1430 euros for two rooms for 3 days. Including breakfast. The service of the staff is great. But the hotel is not good at all.

Pros:

The front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming. She showed us around everything we need to know.
We arrived earlier than expected, she helped us get the room earlier. The food at the restaurant was great, we ordered something special and the waitress made sure and said it will take 25 minutes. The food arrived exactly at that time. The chef herself came out to ask us if everything was okay.
The hotel is clean and very well maintained.

Kellemes, jól felszerelt, hangulatos szálloda, finom reggelivel.
Pros:

Csodásan finom reggeli, aminek frissen facsart narancslé is része volt.
Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy, a paplan. A klíma könnyen kezelhető, es hatékony. Hangulatos volt a szoba, tökéletesen hangszigetelő volt az erkély ajtó, és az ablak. A Recepción kedves, segítőkész hölgyek dolgoztak minden nap. A strandtörölköző cseréje, visszaadása gördülékenyen zajlott.
A törölközők a szobaban pihe-puhák voltak, és a strandra szánt is kellemes anyagú volt, nem volt szakadt, kopott.

Cons:

A takarítás!!

Első nap vérzett a lányom orra, így foltos lett véletlenül a lepedőnk, ugyan a takarító beágyazott nap mint nap, de ottlétünk ideje alatt nem sikerült kicserèlni a vércseppes lepedőt.
A zuhanyzóból valamiért szivárgott a víz a fürdőszoba padlójára, így a kilépő vizes lett. Takarítás alkalmával azt is otthagyta több napon át.
Így végül az erkélyen szárítottuk azt.

Horrible hotel

The only good thing about the Hotel is Tatiana at the reception, polite and helpful. Give her a raise

The worst hotel i have stayed at. Its by no means a 5 star hotel. At best with a stretch its 4 star hotel period. The toilet in my room my room was dirty when I came in as well as the sink. They never cleaned my room and when I asked for my room to be cleaned on the last day they only changed the towels. My door was broken and opened on its own, they supposedly fixed that the last night of my stay at 7pm. The sheets on the bed are too small for the mattress and you can see the mattress on the sides of the bed. The gym has broken equipment (nothing works) and its at the size of a storage room. I can bet that some uneaten foods are repurposed for the next day meal to save the hotel money. They list goes on and on. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
