Firstly, Great staff on the front desk. Up graded room always helps. Very clean with an excellent bath and shower. Comfortable bed.
With it being so warm, it would have been nice to have air-con rather than a fan. But do understand the cost implications.

Being on the outside ground floor mean people were walking just outside the window so the curtains stayed closed most of the time.

Family room on ground floor facing the parking lot, so impossible to open the curtains. Felt like a dungeon.

Fantastic location in town centre.Car parking facilities. Very nice staff and the decor was lovely. Great breakfast with good choices to suit all.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. No fan in the room. I was glad I had brought a portable one. A grab rail at the bath would be handy as the shower is over the bath and it was a bit of a step in and out

The room was very warm. There was a background noise that sounded like a generator all night. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable.
Excellent stay at the Studley hotel. We had a wonderful time, bed very comfortable, very clean, room spacious with fridge and all the facilities. , we booked the parking with EV charging.

Everything was just right.
The only downside was from guests in the room next to my friend. She was upset and we had to get hotel staff to go to the room involved. Things quietened down along with the aggression that was coming from that room. This incident was of course nothing to do with the hotel.
Staff were friendly. Location was great.
Room was smaller than expected. Lift only goes to a certain level.
