Pros:

Great location for the Turkish Baths, Pump Room museum and Valley Gardens. Staff very helpful. Room was spacious, and comfortable

Nice hotel, lovely staff, big room, clean, excellent location with parking,

Cons:

Very awkward taps in bath/ shower, couldn't turn them off at one point ! No blinds so had to close curtains as room looked out onto grass area

We have stayed before and we will again. It’s good value for money.

Brilliant location, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The ceiling fan was very very dusty! This hotel is not great if you have issues with stairs as even if you use the lift there are still some stairs to negotiate .
