Pros:

Hotelul este excelent. Camere mari, moderne, mic dejun foarte bun.
Personalul este extrem de atent. Nivelul la care anticipeaza nevoile si ajuta oaspetii nu l-am intalnit nici la 5 stele.

Cons:

Hotelul e intr-o parcare. Zona e curata, cu spatii deschise, largi, dar e intr-o zona industriala.

Excellent staff and in particular reception staff who went out of their way to sort out hiring a car

Great food, lovely people and a really enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Qosmo. The food was really good, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The view from our room was also amazing over the mountains.
The biggest plus was the staff, though. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Probably the best service we’ve had in Romania so far. Thank you, guys!

Cons:

Nothing really. We enjoyed everything.
