عندما وصلت للفندق تفاجأت بان الفندق الغاء الحجز وقام بحجز فندق اخر يبعد عند الافندق هذا قربات ربع ساعه بالسياره وهذي شي غير احترافي ابدا لقد افسدوا عطلتي

When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised to find that they had cancelled my reservation and booked me at another hotel about a 15-minute drive away. This is completely unprofessional and has ruined my vacation.

Great place to stay in rust with modern facilities and rooms, great staff, would book again.
Pros:

Close by to Europa Park. Fantastic staff that are bilingual. Good bar in the lobby.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, great area to be near europapark (and europapark buses). Super clean and comfortable!

Cons:

The shower was at an awkward angle and it kept falling down during the shower.
