Buen sitio, acceso fácil a diferentes áreas del centro, cómodo y muy amables en la atención

Terrassen og selve hotellet var smukt. Beliggenheden var ideel på en stille gade i den gamle bydel, og man kunne nyde en smuk solnedgang fra terrassen.
Værelserne er meget mørke, og det første værelse vi fik tildelt havde kun et meget lille vindue, selvom der var en fransk altan på billederne. Gulvene var ikke helt rengjorte, og morgenmaden svingede meget, og nogle dage var udvalget ret begrænset.

Beautiful building, comfortable bed, clean room. The breakfast service is exceptional. The in-house restaurant (separate business so you can't charge to your room) is outstanding both for service and food. The hotel is situated on a quiet street in the middle of the historic old town.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at Hotel Casa Don Luis was nothing short of exceptional. Perfectly located within the Walled City, it made exploring Cartagena effortless while still feeling like a peaceful, private escape.
The hotel itself is stunning. The architecture beautifully blends colonial charm with modern elegance, creating a space that feels both luxurious and intimate. Every detail feels intentional, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable.
What truly elevated the experience was the service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Their hospitality made everything feel personal and welcoming.
We originally booked one room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to two separate suites, each with a king bed. It was such an unexpected and generous gesture that immediately set the tone for the entire stay. The suites were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
Mornings were another highlight thanks to the breakfast. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and offered a great mix of local and international options, all enjoyed in a beautiful setting.
The rooftop was the perfect place to unwind, whether lounging by the pool or taking in the views of the city. The entire property has a calm, refined energy that makes it feel like a hidden oasis in the middle of Cartagena.
