Pros:

Nos gustó todo, hotel muy cómodo céntrico y el personal en su totalidad lo mejor. Desayuno buenísimo y las dos piscinas un lujo para una ciudad donde hace tanto calor. Totalmente recomendable

Casa Don Luis est un oasis de fraicheur à Cartagena! Dès qu'on y entre une piscine nous attire au fond de la cour. La chambre est immense, un toutou nous attends sur le lit qui est super confortable, la climatisation est parfaite, la douche comme au spa, salle de bain immense, armoire penderie parfaite, coffre fort assez grand pour un laptop, et un déjeuner à la carte et libre service fabuleux.

El hotel es lindo. La ubicación, el personal, muy amable, y el tamaño de la habitación! Inmensa!

El buffet del desayuno está bien pero podría estar mejor presentado y ubicado. Algunas habitaciones son muy oscuras o no tienen ventanas.

Excelente estrutura, com design, mobiliário e arquitetura de alto padrão. Localização muito boa, no centrinho da cidade amuralhada, com possibilidade de ir a pé a restaurantes. Bem charmoso

Cons:

O quarto que ficamos tinha uma janela muito pequena (30cm x 30cm), que nem abria, o que tornava o quarto escuro, sem iluminação natural, e com sensação de ambiente fechado.
O café poderia ter mais opções. A equipe era lenta, sobretudo no início (7:00). Vários passeios saem 07:30, sendo que 7:00 (horário de início) o café ainda não estava montado. Tinha que pedir leite, sendo que poderiam deixar o leite à mesa.

Super hotel
Pros:

Hôtel en plein cœur de la vieille ville donc top. L’hôtel est grand il y a une quarantaine de chambres la deco est génial. Une cour intérieure avec les chambres autour. Le personnel est très attentionné c’est top. 2 piscines : une dans le resto donc moins accessible et une sur le toit qui est en fait un grand jacuzzi.

Cons:

La majorité des chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre c’est étrange

La struttura in sé è molto bella e il rooftop gode di una bellissima vista.
Personale della colazione molto gentile.

Cons:

La camera aveva un buco nella parete della doccia che dava sul corridoio perciò quando passavano gli ospiti sembrava di averceli in stanza.
