Pros:

Atendimento da equipe (principalmente do Eduardo - guest service) excelente! Cama extremamente confortavel, banheiro amplo com chuveiro muito bom. Cafe da manhã delicioso e localização boa demais. Recomendo!

Chaotic little furnace
Pros:

This place is total chaos, I'd already paid through Expedia and they claimed to have already sold the room I booked. Their phones don't work. It's hot and miserable.

Elegant and peaceful hotel
Pros:

This hotel is delightful! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet corner of the walled city with easy access to all the popular sites, restaurants and shops. The rooms and common areas were a cool refuge in the intense hours of summer heat and so clean. The staff were kind and generous with their time and assistance, recommendations for day trips, local restaurants and things to do. They made everything so very easy and made us feel truly welcome. What is amazing about this place is also the history of the building and the attention to detail in how the space has been decorated and maintained. Love this space and the people working there!

Cons:

Hotel que se denomina estrelado e boutique deixa muito a desejar. Preço cobrado não é o do Booking, muito mais caro. Restaurante razoável e caríssimo, uma verdadeira exploração. Garçons que se acham superior aos hóspedes, elevador do hotel perigoso, faltando manutenção e com falhas de funcionamento, teto do jardim interno chove mais dentro do que fora. Péssimo custo-benefício, com certeza devem ter hotéis mais honestos em Cartagena. Não pretendo voltar mais no hotel e muito menos em Cartagena! Sujeira, assédios, exploração até mesmo violenta em cima dos turistas! Decepcionante!

El hotel es agradable, su decoración y la ubicación

Cons:

Nos ubicaron en una habitación que la ventilación del baño era un hueco en la pared hacia el corredor por lo que de las 3 noches no pudimos dormir 2, ya que era demasiado ruidosos los otros huéspedes y una noche tuvieron que ir a despertarlos a las 3 a.m. tocándoles la puerta para poder tomar su vuelo, obviamente si hay un hueco en la pared sin ningún tipo de contención de ruido cualquier cosa va a provocar que el sonido ingrese a la habitación de los otros huéspedes. Fue una lástima porque justamente escogimos este hotel para estar un poco más lejos del bullicio del Centro Histórico y justamente no logramos descansar por una cuestión arquitectónica del hotel. Creo que deberían de advertir eso.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el casco antiguo de Cartagena. El personal es excelente desde que uno llega están pendientes de todo.
Desde que ingresas a la recepción todo el hermoso. La decoración la ambientación etc.
Tiene un restorán italiano muy bueno también
