Good location
Pros:

The location is good , right next to a bus stop, so we didn’t have to drag our luggage through the city center. There’s also a delicious gelato shop nearby. The hot water worked perfectly.

Cons:

The towels could use a little refreshing.

İlk başta penceresi kırık bir oda verildi sabahki erkek görevli ısrarla odamız değiştirilmedi.Tamir ettireceğini söyledş.Oda buz gibiydi.Akşam görevli kadın görevli ısrarlarımız neticesinde değişmek zorunda kaldı.Turistik bir şehirdeki otel böyle olmamalı!

Pros:

the locate is perfect, you can get to tourist spots by walk within 10mins. full of nice restaurants as well.

Cons:

i booked a triple room which showed 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the picture on website. however what i got is a 1 double bed and a sofa bed only. the quality of the sofa bed is so bad that the mattress was so thin and uneven, when you lay down on it you can feel your lower body is actually higher than upper body. every tiny move would create a creaky annoying noise as well. the size of the room, toilet and bathroom are all quite different from what's showed in picture on the website. on top of that, you expect to hear people open/close door, walking in corridor and showering sounds from next doors.

Cons:

We zijn hier al enkele keren geweest en deze keer viel het wat tegen.
De fles water was niet vervangen van de vorige en stond half leeg. De verwarming in de kamer was nog vol stof en de haardroger blies enkel koude lucht. Hier schrok ik wel van vermits onze vorige verblijven altijd dik in orde waren.
Mss ook een tip. Plaats
drankenautomaten.
Personeel wel zoals steeds super vriendelijk en ontbijt ook top.

Adequate but nothing special! We were expecting something a bit better given the price and 4 stars.
Pros:

Good location, clean room and good coffee machine in room.

Cons:

It wasn’t anything special, more like a 3 star hotel. Breakfast very expensive so we didn’t eat at the hotel. Pillows uncomfortable.
