Funcionários mais que nota 10. Localização excelente. Muito confortável.
Tem brindes de bebidas na recepção e no quarto.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, sem armario. Mas acho que por ser prédio histórico

If we ever return to beautiful Lisbon, we will find another hotel.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. We only had the breakfast once, but it was good. The bathroom was very nice, except for the height of the hooks and towels. The housekeeper put our towels on the stool rather than on the shelf meant for a giraffe,

Cons:

We asked for twin beds. We got cots. My friend fell out of bed one night because it was so narrow, The room was small and cramped. We had to step out of each other's way in order to pass from one side to the other. There was only one chair for two people who stayed for 5 days. Did you expect your guiests to sit on the bed? Perhaps for young people, but not for elderly persons. Fortunately, your staff member found another chair.
