Excelente ubicación y atención excepcional en el corazón de Lisboa
Pros:

La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación es inmejorable, en plena Praça dos Restauradores, con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés de Lisboa. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada, con detalles que marcaron la diferencia, como el minibar con productos disponibles para los huéspedes, además de bata y pantuflas de cortesía.

También destacaría las atenciones disponibles en las áreas comunes: agua fría y aguas saborizadas durante todo el día, café, pasteles de nata y una selección de libros para los huéspedes. El desayuno era muy completo, variado y de excelente calidad.

Lo mejor de la estancia fue, sin duda, el personal. Todos los recepcionistas fueron extraordinariamente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, haciendo que nos sintiéramos realmente bienvenidos.

Cons:

Nada. Todo estuvo excelente y cumplió plenamente mis expectativas. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

Perfectly located cozy hotel with a good breakfast and everything you need to enjoy Lisbonnfor a couple of days.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Lobby drinks and snacks were such a nice touch- Prosecco!! Staff was lovely especially breakfast manager. Free walking tour was excellent.

Cons:

Rooms are compact. Clean and efficient but very little closet space.

5 Star Hotel!
Pros:

My room was ready right away when I arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and also very quiet. Breakfast was extremely delicious. Having quite a lot of choices even for someone who is a vegetarian. The receptionists were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. This is definitely a five star hotel!

Il soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato molto soddisfacente essendo la struttura dotata di ogni confort , pulita( cambio lenzuola ogni giorno) e curata. La nostra camera era un po’ piccola ma uno scotto che abbiamo pagato volentieri essendo l’ albergo in posizione sicura , centralissima e strategica per muoversi comodamente a piedi e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. La colazione di buona qualità e con prodotti freschi . Un ringraziamento allo staff gentile accogliente e disponibile verso il cliente.

Overall great stay and the staff was wonderful.

Hotel location was perfect. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The breakfast was weak compared to 9 other hotels we stayed at in Portugal during this trip.
Would have liked more choice, food kept hotter and replenished more frequently.

Charming hotel- great location
Pros:

Wonderful boutique hotel that is centrally located. Great location. Walkable to sights, shopping and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Don't miss the free walking tour with Pedro. You feel his love of Lisbon and Portugal's culture. Wonderful experience.
