Not the most joyful stay.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, liked the security.

Cons:

Pool temperature was far too cold, room service times were too late.
Things were missing etc. we had to adjust fridge legs as when we opened the door it tilted forward.

The room was great with the facilities provided

Cons:

That there was no restaurant or bar facilities on the premises which I expected in a hotel. As I have mobility issues it was a long walk to find a meal

Loved the central location for everything we wanted to do. The apartment was spacious & comfortable.

Loved the accommodation, facilities and staff.
Pros:

Lovely location, great facilities. Ultra clean. Staff were exceptional in every way. Professional, kind, caring and courteous. Just 50 metres or a short stroll away there’s an exceptional shopping centre where Parap Farmers Market is held every Saturday. Really amazing food, produce, arts and crafts and clothing.

Cons:

Without a car it wasn’t that close to bus routes but I didn’t mind walking. The pool and its surrounding facilities weren’t that exciting.

Good quality accommodation that I wouldn't hesitate booking again.
Pros:

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of accommodation. Easy check in procedure, good location and free onsite parking.

Cons:

As has been mentioned there is a slight odour when you get into the room but it's not overpowering or offputting and i'm assuming it's just due to the airconditioning being always on. It wouldn't put me off staying again.
