Great Wolf Lodge Manteca

Check-in was easy and Melissa was great! Our room was ready for us so we went up to drop our stuff off. The decor was cute but the floor was pretty gross in the hall and our room. The fixtures also had food smashed into them. Our air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg and was in need of service. We were also surprised there was only one ice machine on the whole floor. The sheets had stains on them and the comforter had food smashed into it. Overall it was okay, don’t know that we’ll go again or would go longer than a day or two. Kids ran around unattended and even some parents were rude (shoving other kids out of the way). It was also pretty loud in the ropes course area and water park. My kiddo enjoyed the outside pool compared to inside. The breakfast food was delicious but everything else was not great and not the quality you’d hope for the cost. We had a handful of staff that were wonderful and made our experience good. There are some who maybe should work in another area because they acted like they were beneath the job (build a bear for example).

Naomi at the cabana was awesome! So friendly and excellent and quick service.
The pool water inside and outside are heavily chlorinated and yet the water was salty so you figure it out.
We unfortunately will not be returning and will miss Naomi and other staff members great service.

Best experience ever for a birthday girl

Janet C. was the friendliest employee that we encountered this trip. She was beyond kind and accommodating. Everytime we passed her, she made sure we were happy and taken care of. She was so sweet to my sons. She definitely made our trip!

A manager with the last name Bond was super nice and helpful when she saw my daughter crying because her shoes were not going to work for the obstacle rope course. She told us to go to the gold mine store and get a pair for her and it would be taken care of.

It was fun all around, great experience. Only concern was, no microwave in the rooms

This place is pure magic for our 8 year old, she has way too much energy and between the ropes course, magi quest and water park we all got a good night sleep.

Thanks for making our daughter’s 15th birthday so special! Her friends and she had a great time.

Very impressive family facility. Staying at the hotel right at the water park was very special for our kids.

Enjoyed our first time at Wolf Lodge! Many fun activities available for kids all ages.

This was amazing guys. A perfect family overnight outing. I appreciate the kind staff. They were always helpful and happy. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start these active days. It was clean and well stocked. Great variety. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious for 10 people. The value was packed with things to do. I definitely got my money’s worth. Thanks for helping my family make fun memories together.

Perfect stay. Room was nice, and so much to do. Waterpark was fabulous but too many people on Friday. It became impossible to ride anything especially with wave pool down, which was extremely frustrating.

Food was good but prices in shop of drinks was extortionate. Wonderful arcade. Ropes course superb. Breakfast was great.

We will be back next summer!!

Stacy in guest services was the most friendly and helpful person we encountered during our stay. I had a problem with my wrist band and she helped the whole family get them fixed so we would be comfortable. When she found out it was my son’s birthday she made sure he had a pin so others would also know it was his birthday to make it special for him. She was just so super sweet about everything. Thank you for being do great!

My kids loved it ! Will def come Back !!

The staff working at the maji shops and eateries were always extremely short and rude. They would become very short tempered when asking a question. We also wished we would have been notified of closure of wave pool as this made the rest of the water park extremely packed. We stayed in two bedroom suite and doors, faucet and bed frames were broken. We had waited a long while for our room and we didn’t want to have to wait longer if we had asked to change. The prices continue to go up even since the last time we visited which was a year ago.

We had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge, there was a lot of activities to do for the kids! I definitely recommend getting the breakfast buffet add on and the ultimate food and fun package. The only disappointing part is for the days we were there the wave pool was closed. Some of the staff was really friendly and some were super rude. Overall we had a great time and definitely will be back

Everything was perfect, the room the staff friendly and Waterpark so fun! The ability to be yourself have fun & the freedom from the daily grind makes it a favorite 😍
