Great Wolf Lodge Manteca

Loved the atmosphere 😊 Everyone is so kind and the rooms are very clean

Had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge with the grandkids. So much to do there at the Manteca location. The atmosphere there was amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It was an amazing experience. I went with my wife and four daughters from 12 year old to my 8 year old Tony 6 year old and my 1.5 year old toddler this places thinks of everybody’s needs I had a blast so did my wife this places thinks took our inner child out

Brianna was an excellent server! Courteous and friendly, always available whenever we needed her at the cabana! Wonderful job!!

Above and beyond. Put our locker “on him” when we were struggling with it. Very kind and helpful

Lorie went above and beyond to help my family and I during our stay. We have 2 babies and she made sure to get us checked into our room sooner than expected to make everything easier.

Family had an amazing time and enjoyed the waterslides and the outdoor pool. My eldest even tried the magic quest scavenger hunt. The rooms were niceand spacious and comfortable. Neighbors were quite loud so we played White Noise but I did see that they tried to have their chat message remind us of quiet hours overall was a wonderful time. Kids enjoyed the rope course and miniature golf as well.My only concerns were I believe we all got lots of bug bites. not sure where on the property but should look into that. I didn’t see bugs but my fee and my five-year-old back are full of them. Also, the story time was not great. Felt like it was a lot of filling time versus an actual story.

We seem to always have a great visit everytime we stay at the Great Wolf Lodge.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfy!

We typically eat down the street as there are lots of places to try in the area within a 1-5 minute drive.

Costco is right next store if you want to grab snacks for your room or pool time.

I have had pleasant experiences with staff as well. The water-park lifeguards I feel like are very professional given their young ages ! They are always on alert watching swimmers and rotating to other positions I’m assuming to prevent boredom and keep them attentive through out the day.

Stacy at the front desk stood out to me for her genuine kindness. She made our trip even more special just by showing care about our stay and helping us get the best options for our trip !

I would love to see Stacy every time we come and visit !

Went here for a vacation accidentally left something in the room. I live two hours away so we drove there and drove back when I got home.I realized that we left my son‘s Nintendo DS in the room which is very expensive. I tried to call and speak with somebody to makesure that room service had got it so I would feel more at ease, but they told me I had to file a report of a lost item which wasn’t lost it was left in the room and I just wanted to make sure housekeeping got it before somebody else checked in. Nobody could helpme got hung up on four times managers would not answer nor call me back I ended up driving back down there the first person I talk to called whoever was cleaning that room and went and got me my Nintendo DS the stress that I had to deal with thinking I wasn’t get that back at being a $500 item was really upsetting the fact that nobody could just go up there and check or check with whowas cleaning that room to make sure my item was there to where I didn’t have to drive all the way back there the same day it was really upsetting and being hung up on really upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. try a different one. They probably think that you’re gonna get tired of calling or waiting 30 days that you’re gonna forget about what you left so they can keep it. That’s my personal opinion.

I was celebrating my granddaughter birthday and had to carry her down from the 6 floor for an evacuation in the middle of the night. She was scared the entire night has trouble sleeping at night.

Everything was great! No complaints here, the staff was friendly and super helpful.

Don’t get me wrong, the stay was great - my kids had fun, the breakfast package was completely worth it, and MOST of the employees were kind and helpful. However, I am still waiting on 3000 DOLLARS to be returned back to my account.

Before I was helped by Angela (?), a manager that turned our trip from terrible to fantastic, I was pretty much shoo-ed into a check-in line. One of the workers by the kiosk instructed me to keep trying my payment method. After the 7th time, my intuition told me to check my account, and yup, I was charged 441$ SEVEN times. When I let her know, all she had to say was “I don’t know it didn’t go through on our side, I don’t know what’s wrong with your card.” I asked to speak to someone else, so with attitude she grabbed another worker. This worker was no help, honestly even less than the first. The second worker said “Go in the check in line and pay for the remaining charges.”

After that experience, I was finally brought to a manager and was able to check me in, and also she gave extra accommodations to adventure land for free!

I am still waiting for someone to call me about these transactions because I still haven’t received the money back. I was told that I should hear by today (6/2). All in all, minus being 3000 short lol, it was a great experience for the kids.

Whenever our family comes to Great Wolf Lodge we always look forward to finding Noel at the mining shop. Our kids really enjoy sorting through the rocks and minerals. Noel goes above and beyond to engage with the kids and ensure that our family has a fun time! He is very personable and never makes us feel rushed when we have different questions about the lodge activities. Thank you for all of your help Noel. We look forward to seeing you next time!

We were overcharged 43 extra breakfast packages resulting in $881.xx + $79.xx tax just for those packages. Spoke with customer service. Even though it was an obvious error, they could not resolve the issue on the spot, but instead, it needed to be “escalated” and will take up to 5 business days to get a response.

All was pretty good perfect .. staff and the activities on site .. but the charge of 45$ for towels when these one are in the room after leaving the hotel was not fair

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Owen for the exceptional job he did during our visit.
Owen interacted with everyone around him with remarkable kindness, professionalism, and patience. He handled groups of energetic teens respectfully and calmly, while also taking the time to answer important questions from my family thoroughly and thoughtfully.
What impressed me most was his situational awareness. Even while being approached by multiple children and adults with questions, he never seemed distracted from his primary responsibility. He remained attentive to the outdoor pool at all times, consistently scanning the area and staying aware of every guest's safety while maintaining a positive attitude.
It's not easy to balance customer service, safety, and patience all at once, especially in a busy environment, but Owen did so effortlessly. Employees like him make a huge difference in a family's experience and deserve recognition for the care and dedication they bring to their work.
Please pass along our appreciation and thanks to Owen. He was truly outstanding and made a positive impression on our entire family. Hold onto him, such attentive employees are hard to find! Hope to see him on our next visit thats in the plans now

This review is specifically for an employee at Build a Bear who went above and beyond!! Josalynn was super helpful and really went above and beyond helping our family pick out the perfect outfits and accessories for their build a bears! She was Super friendly, patient and kind. Employees like her with such great customer service really make our stay extra special!

I was supposed to check in the day before I came and She went above and beyond to fix my reservation! She assured me that we would figure it out and she did, with a beautiful smile and a loving heart! Thank you Jacqueline!!

We had such a great experience at Great Wolf Lodge thanks to Junior S from Attractions/Retail. He explained everything clearly, was very approachable, kind, and professional the whole time. You can really tell he cares about the guests and wants everyone to feel welcome and comfortable. Customer service like that honestly makes a huge difference. We will definitely come back because of staff members like Junior S. Thank you for making our stay even better!

Check in at 3:20 and the room ready at 5:30 . You guys charge fee for late stay , but do you refund for a late check in ?
