The worst
Pros:

bad experience

Cons:

I lost 2200 SAR from our bag the after room housekeeping cleaned the room
I was charged 1000euros for something the hotel bad facilities (water not running properly in the shower drain which caused flooding even they cleaned the water after calling them many times and very late )which was not acceptable to me since the facility needs maintenance. And after that they surprised me that I had to pay this amount when I was leaving to the airport

Grootte kamers en comfort in de kamer.

Cons:

Communicatie was bar slecht. Niemand die je kan bereiken als je de receptie belt. Te weinig personeel voor zo grote hotel.

التحكم من الاستقبال من سكنا 6 ايام اقولهم يشتغل ويطفى واقولهم الرموت مايشتغل يقول بنرسلك اشخاص ومايجي احد
صراحة فندق بمبلغ كبير واخرتها يقولي التحكم بالمكيف عندهم ومايجي احد حتى يصلحه شيء مخجل والله

الاقامه ممتازه جداً جداً الموظفين الاستقبال ممتازين ومتعاونين

نظافة المكان. ويوجد اشكاليه بحجز الغرف وتم الترقيه افضل من الحجز السابق

ممتاز ونظيف. ويوجد مسافة 5 الى 10 دقايق قريب ثاني شارت من البوابه بقاله ومكان لصرف العمله ومحل فطاير ولم ابحث قريباً هذا الي احتجته وحصلته المكان بعيد عن المواقع اطلب اوبر يكلفني المشوار مثل الى البسفور180 ريال تقريباً السياره عائله 7 اشخاص انا ساكن في دور 19 وفيه اصوات للسيارات ولاكن اذ تعبان بتنام هههه🤪
