I booked it for the pool but it seemed more like a bath and with all the Saturday feet dipped around the edge I didn't want to get in! But a fun vibe nevertheless! Also the coffee area was kind of left a mess - seems no staff to clean up.

Pros:

I absolutely love the Virgin Hotels. I love the design and the comfortable beds. The whole theme of being on an airliner is fantastic. The hotel lobby and the restaurants are well decorated and appointed to give it a very fun vibe and a mental getaway.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I don’t like about the property. Everything is very well pointed for this space that is provided parking is valet only but that is nothing new for a lot of hotels with limited space and parking options. The valet worked really hard to get everyone’s car back in a timely manner, and I had no complaints about that either.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location just outside all of the noise but not too far to walk to the main areas.
Bed was very comfortable, like sleeping on a marshmallow.
The hotel was very well looked after and the Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Our flight home was late afternoon so we had a chill day by the rooftop pool. We would have liked an area to change properly and to shower.

I really enjoyed my conference time staying at Virgin
Pros:

Just the R&R I needed during a busy conference. Loved everything about the hotel specifically and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Most conveniently of all was the grocer 50yds away.

Cons:

There was nothing at all I didn't like. Everything was great. Looking to stay again in June, different location. I'm a new fan. Not sure why this needs to be so long.

Perfect location to soak up the sun and enjoy the city!
Pros:

The location/proximity was amazing. Walkable to the French Quarter and amazing restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The decor was fun and colorful! The pool was just what we were looking for and could always find a spot! The staff were SO friendly and the head bellhop was outstanding!

Cons:

The only negative that we had was the fan/AC in the room was SUPER loud. Tried to have facilities look at it, which they admitted some rooms are louder than others and the 2nd room they offered had the same noise level. It sounded like being on an airplane near the engines.
