Pros:

The staff was very hospitable, which was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very appreciated.

Cons:

The prices of the mini bar drinks and snacks were very expensive, which was disappointing. Also the price of valet parking was too excessive to be a paying guest of the hotel.

I love Virgin cruises but I will not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The property was close to a lot of restaurants and where we needed to go.

Cons:

Not as clean, the bed setup is horrible, we could barely get our things on our side of the bed. The shower is in a space by itself with no where to get dressed at. The entire setup is atrocious.
