The staff are very helpful, especially the Front Office Manager, Mr. Mokbel, who is extremely cooperative, professional, and always willing to assist and resolve any issue promptly. When you visit a place for leisure, and find yourself thinking about drinking water, then this place deserves ZERO, I give it 4 points only because the location of the hotel is truly premium, I think the top management should revise their policy.

الفندق مصنف 5 نجوم ولكن فعليا الواقع عكس الغرف لايوجد بها أساسيات الإقامة من مستلزمات الحمام مستلزمات القهوة روب الحمام خدمات الغرف لو طلبت أكل أو مشروب تحاسب عليه كاش عند باب الغرفه ولا يتم اضافتها ع الفاتورة الانترنت سيئ جدا جدا بجميع مرافق الفندق

Cons:

Customer service, reception staff, the room need maintenance, bathroom smells bad
Two situations happened
1- once i did the check in and entered the room i found the save box closed and called the reception staff 4 times to send someone to open it for me after 90 minutes
2- i asked for 2nd key for the room but the reception staff says not available and he has an instruction not to give more than one key for the room even if there are more people in the room
