Using GPS navigation, you can enter Lungomare E. Mattei as your destination. Here you will find a flashing light with directions to the Magnolia hotel.
After the Magnolia hotel, turn right 164 feet. After Torre Silvana, a 15th-century tower, you will find the signs for Maresol.
The structure's GPS coordinates are N 41.86453° and E 16.15994°. We are present on Google Maps.

Air conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost, as is a shared washing machine.

The first supply of linen is included in the total cost. A change of linen is available for a fee. The price list is at the reception.

Daily cleaning on request is subject to charges and does not include the kitchen and dishes.

The hob, refrigerator and all utensils must be left washed and tidy.

We hadden het erg naar ons zin, prachtig uitzicht. Het voelde zoals vakantie hoort te zijn.
Pros:

Prachtig gelegen net buiten Vieste, op een mooi verzorgde residence. Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije, sociale en vrolijke gastvrouw Giovanna. Bij aankomst kregen we direct een toeristische kaart van Vieste, advies over restaurants, winkel, parkeeradvies en advies over de route naar het centrum van Vieste, en advies over een leuk authentiek Italiaans strand, net wat verder weg, rustig gelegen met veel Italiaanse families en wat minder toeristen. Goede wifi.

Avant tout, le super accueil de Giovanna la propriétaire et tous ses bons conseils. La paix qui règne sur cette propriété en harmonie avec la nature environnante. Toute la belle végétation, la vue magnifique, la balançoire, la propreté et le confort du studio avec terrasse si agréable. Una piacevolissima scoperta
Pros:

Posizione incantevole, su una collina che domina Vieste. A pochi minuti dal centro e dal mare. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Non solo l’appartamento ma l’intera struttura brillano per la pulizia. Il valore aggiunto è la proprietaria, la signora Giovanna, instancabile ed efficiente. All’arrivo, Giovanna è prodiga di consigli e suggerimenti su cosa fare, cosa vedere, dove fare un bagno, dove mangiare e,cosa importante, dov’è parcheggiare

Excelente ubicacion en una zona muy tranquila y relajante, cerca del pueblo de Vieste. Ideal como base para explorar la zona. Los espacios comunes al aire libre son magnificos. Los apartamentis son agradables con cocina y terraza individual. Giovanna es muy atenta y profesional y resuelve cualquier duda que se presente sobre la zona. La relacion calidad-precio es excelente.

So stellt man sich Urlaub vor.
Pros:

Die Anlage Maresol ist eingebettet in die hügelige Landschaft. Überall entdeckt man schöne Plätze zum Verweilen und sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Wohlfühlatmosphäre mit den wundervollen Pflanzen, der Sauberkeit und der Herzlichkeit von Giovanna, der Gastgeberin. Für uns war alles perfekt. Danke.

A wonderful location with a gorgeous property — everything is well-kept, tastefully arranged, and incredibly clean.
The rooms and furnishings are simple, but clean and tidy, which is very pleasant.
When we had an issue with the plumbing, the hostess resolved it immediately.
The staff is simply amazing! Many thanks to Giovanna and the whole team, and also to Francesco for an unforgettable boat excursion!

Cons:

The air conditioners needed cleaning, as there was a specific odor. However, I am confident that this issue has already been resolved!
