Using GPS navigation, you can enter Lungomare E. Mattei as your destination. Here you will find a flashing light with directions to the Magnolia hotel.
After the Magnolia hotel, turn right 164 feet. After Torre Silvana, a 15th-century tower, you will find the signs for Maresol.
The structure's GPS coordinates are N 41.86453° and E 16.15994°. We are present on Google Maps.

Air conditioning is available upon request and at an additional cost, as is a shared washing machine.

The first supply of linen is included in the total cost. A change of linen is available for a fee. The price list is at the reception.

Daily cleaning on request is subject to charges and does not include the kitchen and dishes.

The hob, refrigerator and all utensils must be left washed and tidy.

Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde, appartamenti ben strutturati, parcheggio comodo, cortesia e disponibilità massima di tutto il personale.
Giovanna ha una ospitalità innata e ti fa sentire sin dai primi momenti a casa tua.

Cons:

Manca qualche servizio dedicato alla socializzazione.
Sarebbe carino avere un bar dove potersi sedere e bere un caffè in compagnia magari ascoltando un pò di musica e rilassarsi.

Pros:

L'emplacement,la gentillesse de Giovanna et son fils. Le wifi fonctionne au top. Propriété des lieux, la vue sur la mer et la grande terrasse.
Un endroit ideal pour des vacances fabuleuse.

Pros:

Es ist ein TraumPlatz, wunderbare Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Wifi ging einwandfrei. Immer wieder gerne.

Vacanza di coppia nella bellissima Trieste :)
Pros:

Struttura immersa nel verde, un’oasi di tranquillità e pace ben curata. La nostra villetta con parcheggio privato ci è stata consegnata prima dell’orario previsto del check-in. Pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (se non di più, inclusi saponi e diffusore per capelli!) La signora Giovanna super accogliente e sempre sorridente ci ha fatto sentire a casa dal primo giorno. Speriamo di rivederci il prima possibile con la nostra bambina ❤️ è un vero piacere poter soggiornare in posti che fanno venire voglia di ritornare ancor prima di ripartire! Un abbraccio, Camilla e Lorenzo

Excelente ubicacion en una colina a 2km de Vieste, ofreciendo tranquilidad y relajación. Los apartamentos disponen de dormitorio, cocinita y una terraza. La encargada es encantadora, pendiente de que el cliente tenga la mejor estancia posible.

Pros:

Giovanna ist wirklich eine super Gastgeberin. Sie gibt gerne Tipps für ein Restaurant oder einen Strand. Und obwohl wir die einzigen Frühstücksgäste waren, hatte es immer eine grosszügige Auswahl.
Schöne Aussicht auf die Umliegenden Olivenplantagen. Wlan in unserem Zimmer nahe der Reception hat gut funktioniert.

We hadden het erg naar ons zin, prachtig uitzicht. Het voelde zoals vakantie hoort te zijn.
Pros:

Prachtig gelegen net buiten Vieste, op een mooi verzorgde residence. Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije, sociale en vrolijke gastvrouw Giovanna. Bij aankomst kregen we direct een toeristische kaart van Vieste, advies over restaurants, winkel, parkeeradvies en advies over de route naar het centrum van Vieste, en advies over een leuk authentiek Italiaans strand, net wat verder weg, rustig gelegen met veel Italiaanse families en wat minder toeristen. Goede wifi.
