部屋は最高ですが対応がイマイチ
Pros:

部屋が広くて風呂とトイレが別々なところと洗濯機や電子レンジ､冷凍庫と別の冷蔵庫､IHのキッチンに換気扇が全て付いた部屋だったのでマンションの一室の雰囲気でした。

Cons:

目覚まし時計の電池が切れてたのと冷凍庫の霜の処理がされて無いから庫内が霜氷まるけ。
提携の駐車場のチケットをもらいましたが駐車場も空きが無く探しまくって時間が経過して駐車出来無い感じでした。
結果､近くのパーキングの方が安く止めれたので､もう少し近隣の価格を調べて説明して頂けたら良いと思います。

Pros:

The staff at the reception is very helpful and professional, the room is nice and it have all the amenities

Cons:

They should clean under the bed at least once a month with a vacuum cleaner because the amount of dust was impressive . judging from the amount of dust accumulated they didn’t clean under the bed for months . I understand that is a big hotel and this cant be done daily but once a month is the minimum standard of hygiene .
