Good hotel but the prices are a little higher

Ok vistelse hade inga höga förväntningar. Skulle välja annan ort och annan hotellkedja nästa gång.
Pros:

Bra läge. Trevlig nattportier. Fin yta o ok standard, men tveksam t fyrstjärnigt.
Bra bemötta vid önskemål om rumsbyte (trafik o torgets party).

Cons:

Oklara städtider, de varierade från dag till dag. Även om städpersonalen var tillmötesgående blev det ett störningsmoment.
Frukostbuffé höll en enkel nivå och utrymmet var väldigt trångt men mest besvärande var ljudnivån där inne. Var svårt att som normalstor röra sig mellan borden till/från buffén. Saknade även vad som var vad/ ”innehåll” på det som erbjöds ex yoghurt. Lappar/bilder fanns på en hylla men underlättade inte. Saknade riktig müsli.
Tillgänglig tvål/schampo luktade unket rengöringsmedel.
Loungen var rätt ofräsch o daterad. ”Poolen” och utrymmet kring den så litet o begränsat att man inte ville gå dit om en annan person var där.
Framgick tydlig strävan efter bra reviews. Tyvärr inte från mig.

‏בתיאור היה רשום בריכה על הגג אבל לא הייתה שום בריכה על הגג אלא כמו שיחשוחית כלומר ג׳קוזי ללא בועות מאוד מאכזב

נחמד,מיקום טוב,ארוחת בוקר טובה.מלון שלא מצדיק 4 כוכבים.

מיקום מעולה,ארוחת הבוקר טובה,המלון מיושן כמו כן הבריכה על הגג היא גיגית ולא יותר.

המקלחת והמתקנים בה מיושנים,תחזוקה כללית לקויה כגון:לא ניתן לשלוט על המזגן מהחדר אלא יש צורך להתקשר לקבלה ע"מ
להדליק/לכבות למרות שיש בחדר יחידת בקרה שכמובן אינה עובדת.האקוסטיקה נוראית-יש במלון בקומת הכניסה מסעדה הפועלת
עד חצות וכל הרעש והמוסיקה נשמעים בחדרים-למרות שהיינו בקומה 2.
מלון שאולי 3 כוכבים-ובוודאי שלא 4 כוכבים!!!

ארוחת בוקר נהדרת לא חסר כלום (אולי קפה נמס עלית חחח)
הספא נראה סבבה אבל לא עשינו
הטרקילן עסקים ממש טוב יש אוכל לכל היום ושתייה חופשית כולל בירה

המקלחת לא היתה תקינה ולמרות שביקשנו לא הגיעו לתקן. המגבות והחלוקים ממש ישנים, עם כתמים שלא יורדים ולא נעימים. רוב מה שביקשתי בהזמנה בבקשות מיוחדות לא נתנו לנו
