The staff was very helpful and kind and they tried to their best to make us pleasant and satisfied
They even didn’t charge For the late check out
Every time a door closed the whole hotel would shake from the aggressive way the doors were closing. The dining room is too noisy especially on weekends
We weren't there so long. It was clean at least. Situated in a residential part of town on one side and retail shopping on the other.
Tem minte walk to a better part of town.
We arrived quite late in the evening. Only one person on reception, the other in the back somewhere.
The guy at reception was on a phone call negotiating something and made no attempt to acknowledge us let alone allow us to check in.
Breakfast was awful. No fresh stuff, staff didn't attempt to set tables for arriving guests. Luckily there is a coffee shop attached to hotel where we could go (chargeable of course)

Уже 3 раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Как и всегда, осталась очень довольны проживанием. При заселении нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера, что стало очень приятным сюрпризом. Персонал был невероятно приветливым и внимательным, всегда готов помочь. Удобное расположение в центре города, современные и комфортные номера.

We have been coming here for many years and absolutely love walking into the entrance hallway. It smells clean and very inviting. The building is super clean spacious and feels cool.

Mr Costas and mr Yaniss are amazing
Отличное расположение. 5-7 минут ходьбы до пляжа. Вокруг много баров и ресторанов. На завтрак есть большой выбор. Всё очень вкусно. Персонал всегда приветливый и на любую просьбу, помогали. Комнаты чистые,убирались каждый день,в том числе и полотенца. Классный отель.
לכל מי שמחפש מלון ממש במרכז העיר העתיקה. קרוב לחוף הים לכל הטברנות והברים. קרוב לחנויות והגלריות של מרכז העיר. זהו המלון.
העובדים בו מסבירים פנים. ובעיקר קוסטה, אין עליו נחמד מחייך עוזר, משדרג כל חוויה כשאפשרי.
