Excellent location for Newark town centre. Kettle and fridge etc. in room.
No parking or breakfast, although both available a very short distance away. No staff on site so have to keep punching codes in keypads. Front door extremly heavy to open.
The location was perfect - nearby to the centre and the river.
The apartment was very quiet and had alot of character. We appreciated the space, though the bathroom is a little tight!
The mattress - definitely needs replacing; I could feel the springs bulging out of the side and had to lie on top of the duvet.
A few more cushions would make sitting more comfortable as there was only the one.
Location was excellent distance from both railway stations. The fan provided was a nice touch in the middle of the heatwave.
Stained bedding, although apparently clean is not something want to see in a hotel. The entrance to the property was full of cobwebs and mosquitoes. Mattress made my back hurt like crazy. Windows are old and don’t open so very hot during a heatwave.
Excellent location. Proximity to all sights and cultural elements of Newark
Comfortable bed, central location, easy access and secure. Good shower and towels provided.
No coffee machine or dining table despite described in listing. Free toiletries comprised a bottle of liquid soap on the sink and something in a pump in the shower which wouldn't work anyway. Stains on carpet, bedroom window wouldn't open and the window in the sitting area only stayed open when we put the teabags tin under it. Dusty, cracked windows. Husband bashed his knee on radiator when sitting on the loo: I had to sit sideways 😂 Not quite "executive" as advertised- was hoping it would be a treat for my husband on his birthday. Lucky we found the whole place quite funny
Perfect location. Nice room decoration. Very clean.
This is a very minimal thing, but maybe you could add some dish sponge and kitchen top wiping cloth to be able to keep kitchen clean.

The rooms are quiet, private and very central. We literally did not see another person in or about the accommodation rooms. This is not an hotel, there are no staff around.
Generally acceptably clean. The kitchen area had a microwave, kettle, sink and fridge, all quite adequate.
The positioning in town is excellent and the river Trent running through is lovely, the big church and the parks are well worth visit.
The stairs to the top floor are potentially hazardous for those who find stairs difficult. The front door feels very heavy, just push... hard.
Our bath in Essington was unheated and cold but the rootop bathtub was fun and the water hot ( took ages to run)
Bring your own tea; the supply offered is meagre and disappointing.
The internet and tv reception can be sporadic.
Location was good. Did what it said on the tin.
Hard to find (was through an ally into a courtyard) - had to call because I had no idea how to get there. Room was ok but felt a little unkept.
Clean ,heating came on when needed, location good, comfortable bed,
Not enough blankets when cold no shelf in bathroom as such frustrating to use carpark app behind apartment which could leafd to parking ticket ? Intermitten sensor light in apartment on and off too much no control over it
Lovely lay out, everything needed for our short stay, great location
Retaining of original features, proximity to town, no keys
Big room and comfortable, nice shower
Great location for me, near the shops, river, work venue, etc. The room was large, clean, had a small kitchen and bathroom. The staff on the phone for the check in were clearly used to idiots like me trying to get in the wrong front door and then trying to get in the room with the keypad, but were funny, patient and friendly. Would recommend.
I find hard beds a bit uncomfortable as my hips want a bit of give, so it was a bit too hard for me. I also wanted a bit more heat in the room, but the shops were close so I bought a hot water bottle and snuggled down under the fluffy blankets provided. These were minor issues, I was tired after a lot of travel for a work, so just wanted everything to help me get the best nights sleep - which in fairness I had!
Location is good
The property was no better than student digs. Dirty and in need of refurbishment.
