Cons:

Check-in is not easy without staff The marking of the different floors E,1-9,D is meaningless . The numbering of the room doors is also.There are few pictograms on the doors.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage ! U-Bahn ,Bushaltestellen direkt vorm Haus ! Problemloses ein -und aus-checken übers Handy ! Schöne und vor allem saubere Zimmer!

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist viel zu schmal !

Very good location, next to the metro station and still quiet, 10min from the city center. Room is clean, bright, and contains everything needed even for a longer stay.

Housekeeping took all the towels, and no one was at reception on weekend so couldn't get new ones!
Pros:

Xl room was a good size, decent bed and plenty of storage. Easy access to adjacent train station made getting around the city easy

Cons:

Housekeeping only came once a few days into my stay, during which they took all the towels from my room and did not replace them. With no one at reception over the weekend I was left without towels or the ability to shower until the end of my stay! Coffee machine in the room did not work.
No "do not disturb" sign or option to opt out of housekeeping at all

Alles bestens: Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Funktionalität der Einrichtung.
Pros:

Die Ruhe, da es in den benachbarten Zimmern ebenfalls stets leise war. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ordentlich hergerichtet. Saubere Handtücher, zusätzliche Polster und sogar ein Fön war vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile war gut eingerichtet, mit Mirkowelle, Kaffeenmaschine, Kühlschrank und sogar mit Geschirrspüler ausgestattet, was will man mehr? :-)

Cons:

Das Check-Out-Terminal sollte direkt neben der Chip-Karten-Einwurf-Box aufgestellt sein. Dazu sollte über den Check-Out-Prozess per Mail informieren (wo sich die Box für die Chip-Karten befindet).

The location is really close to the subway which make it quite comfortable with regards to transport
