Pros:

Hatte ich nicht

Cons:

Sobald ich geduscht habe, hat der Abfluss regelrecht gestunken.
Hatte es an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber wenn kein Wasser direkt geflossen ist und erst Stunden später geprüft wird, kann man natürlich nichts mehr riechen.
Das Problem wäre sehr dringend zu prüfen!!!!

Lovely modern accommodation
Pros:

It was a lovely, clean and modern apartment and had everything we needed for our short stay. Was so great for transport links and has a shop nearby.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't great and the room was unfortunately very warm despite it only ranging between 20-22 degrees outside. This was the only aspect that affected our comfort during our stay.

Pros:

The apartment was very nice and cozy. Mine was on the 10th floor, and the view from it was simply spectacular. I liked that it included a dishwasher.

Cons:

Unfortunately, even for a long stay like mine (10 days), they provided only a single dishwasher tablet. Also, a kettle was not included in the kitchen, which made mornings cumbersome.

Pros:

Großes, funktionales Zimmer mit selbstregulierender Klimaanlage. Gut ausgestattet: Kaffeekocher (Kapsel), Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Smart-TV. Reichlich Stauraum. Man kann Zusatz-Produkte (Wasserkocher, Bügelbedarf) nutzen. Gut funktionierendes W-Lan. Rezeptionistin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage nicht zentral, aber sehr gut mit Öffis in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Abzug im Bad (WC/Dusche) ist nur ein Luftschacht - häufig schlechte Gerüche. In Dusche einige kleine schwarze Stellen (evt. Ansatz von Schimmel?). Drei Mal Begegnung mit kleinen Tierchen (Silber- oder Papierfischchen), die vermutlich aus Abwasserschächten (?) kamen.

Would HIGHLY recommend
Pros:

Everything was spotless! Veryclean bathroom, hot water, ample space to put your things. The kitchenette has everything you need. Bed is comfortable, wonderful view! The A/C was working fine. Self Check-in and check-out was very easy.
Location is right next to train station, 3 minute walk. There's also a Billa supermarket nearby, and some Asian restaurants

Cons:

I tried mirroring my phone to the TV but it didn't work. However, this is a minor issue uncomparable to the place

Great location and great value apartment hotel
Pros:

Great location, facilities and very helpful receptionist

Cons:

Original room we were given had some issues. This was changed for a better one later on but this could have been avoided
