Very let down by the state of the bed linen and attitude of staff.

The location was relatively good

Cons:

I did not like the hairs I found on the bed linen and how slow the staff were. We took the vallet parking service which was so slow and unprofessional

Nice hotel, but lacking communication with staff
Pros:

My stay was pretty good but the valet was a let down. I called ahead to see what car charging options were available as I was happy to charge elsewhere but they assured me they could plug me in with my own cable. They didn’t and I lost my appointment the next day having to find somewhere to charge

I think its a bit rich charging extra for coffee - especially when the rate was exceptionally high for the weekend.
