Very clean and friendly staff and awesome location to every thing
Nothing I can complain about with my stay
The location was great and very convenient, with easy access to everything.
However, the front desk service was disappointing. We booked Room 503 and arrived around 4–5pm on 27 June. I checked in by myself at first, greeted the staff member, and gave her my full name so she could find the booking. After finding it, she simply said “PHOTO ID” in a very abrupt way, without saying “please” or asking politely.
I found this quite rude and unprofessional. Is this how your staff are trained to speak to customers? When my husband walked in shortly after, her attitude changed immediately, which made the check-in experience feel even more uncomfortable and strange.
I hope management can take this seriously and provide better customer service training.
Bed was comfy, bathroom big and clean, shower pressure was good.
Teacups too small. Everything else was great
