Supermarket across the road and konbinis a couple of minutes walk away

Nice and clean. Convenient to supermarkets and eating places

Cons:

No fresh towels daily. Stayed for 4 nights and did not receive any room service or fresh towels for that stay of a stay.

For the price minn kasai exceeded my expectations the room was nice and well equipped
Pros:

The location was great had an easy commute into Tokyo center. Easy access to a variety of different restaurants and shops in the area.

Cons:

The bins in the room were a little small so if you are making lots of trips to convenience stores to try snacks you would run out if space pretty quickly

Cons:

The rooms are exceptionally small and would bring a misfit for more than 2 people. Consider it for overnight sleeping.

Pros:

The check-in and check-out process was completely unmanned and handled through a tablet, which was surprisingly seamless even though we had booked eight rooms. Any room essentials or additional items could be requested through the reception tablet and were delivered promptly.

The quadruple rooms were spacious and comfortable, making them ideal for three adults to stay comfortably. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials, including an iron and a vacuum cleaner. The kitchenette was also stocked with the basic necessities required for simple cooking, which added to the convenience of our stay.

Overall, the property was efficient, well-organized, and very suitable for groups.

Great location, spacious rooms, bathroom size was amazing, all the kitchen appliances were clean and everything was nice
Pros:

In a very convenient location with lots to do around it

Cons:

There was never anyone at the reception. It felt odd to contact someone through the tablets anytime we needed anything. Wish the hotel gets some staff to do this
