Praticamente tutto, sono eccezionali la posizione, l’accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la qualità dei materassi che permettono un sonno ristoratore.
Forse potrebbe essere migliorata la colazione e non sarebbe male pensare a qualche camera con bagno fornito di bidet

The staff were really friendly & very helpful. The rooms although small were incredibly comfortable & luxurious. The roof top bar was just awesome...the most beautiful view overlooking Gran view. Also the best position right on Gran Via next to the best restaurants & shops.
Not sure if the room windows were insulated as the noise at night - especially the police sirens.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Madrid à pied. La chambre était bien agencée et la piscine en Rooftop est appréciable. La disponibilité de l'équipe de réception ainsi que l'efficacité des équipes de ménage sont un point fort.
L'entrée de l'hôtel mériterait d'être plus contrôlée. Le staff de l'espace piscine et du bar devrait être plus pro pour un établissement revendiquant ce standing (rangement des espaces, accueil, considération, sourire,...)
Par ailleurs, il aurait été intéressant de pousser la dynamique CR7 au-delà du nom de l'hôtel et du gel douche.
Ces points relèvent du détail, l'hôtel reste très agréable et nous y avons passé un bon séjour (7 nuits en août 2026).
Nos dieron una habitación que daba al interior y dormimos sin un ruido !! Tenemos problemas con eso y fue estupendo poder dormir del tirón .

Precioso, el aire no funcionó muy bien. Y era extremadamente pequeño el inodoro y baño. Bella azotea y muy buen desayuno.

The location is great
There was no proper control/security at the main entrance, there’s a person sat there but doesn’t ask to see your proof of room keys or if you’re just guests wanting to explore the hotel , because of the name CR7, many many people come into the hotel which is fine, but there’s people wandering around everywhere. It’s really badly organised. I think a lot of people are expecting lots of Cristiano memorabilia, and there’s very little. The food in the restaurant was good but the staff disorganised and uninterested.
