La Ubicacion, perfecta en plena Gran Via muy Cerca de todo en Madrid, una vista desde la Habitacion increible, la limpieza a tiempo, el servicio impecable, la atencion al cliente muy buena, la verdad que es un hotel muy comodo, confortable y con un personal muy atento.

Very nice and friendly staff! Perfect location! We got a room that was not facing Gran Vía so it was also very quiet at night! Very comfortable bed! Absolutely worth the money! Will come back again! Thank you!

The hotel is wonderful, all the facilities were absolutely great ! I didn’t like the restaurant staff attitude at breakfast and we just decided to eat outside for the rest of our stay. Also it was a bit confusing to order at the pool because the waiter couldn’t tell what were the ingredients of the cocktails. But the hotel itself is super comfortable and clean! And the reception staff was super nice and helpful. The location is unbeatable, you can’t dream of a better place to be in Madrid

Absolutely ruined the first morning for us. The manager wasn’t really helpful, as she never got back to me with explanation or apology during the next 4 days.
