Location is perfect, Very kind, nice and helpful staff, Very nice breakfast.
There is no isolation, so I can hear our neighbors and also I can hear everything happening outside the street ( ambulance, police, music etc.) even with closed windows.

Gran desayuno. Vistas a la Gran Vía. Personal amable con terraza y piscina con vistas. La habitación era muy cómoda. Me gustó mucho la cafetera Nespresso dentro de la habitación y que todos los días te dejaban una botella de agua.
Era medio raro el diseño, con una escalera a la entrada que no es muy cómoda para el equipaje y la recepción en el primer piso. También los ascensores a veces demoraban mucho. Son pequeños detalles, pero mas allá de eso esta todo perfecto.
