Pros:

Das Hotel bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Heidelberg und Umgebung. Am Abend wenn die Tagestouristen mit der letzten Bahn ins Tal gefahren sind kehrt Ruhe ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grosse Auswahl an kalten und warmen Gerichten.

Cons:

Schade dass beim Abendessen nicht kleine Portionen bestellt werden können.

Unfortunately, this was in stark contrast to the service; the staff did not come across as particularly friendly or welcoming.

The restaurant was poorly organized and gave a chaotic impression.

Heel fijn hotel op een erg mooie locatie.
Pros:

De locatie was echt prachtig, mooi op een heuvel met uitzicht over de stad.

Cons:

Uit de airco kwam een hele vieze geur die naarmate het verblijf langer was steeds erger werd. Als oplossing had het hotel een geurverfrisser (electrisch, alsof ze er al op waren ingesteld.... helaas was die geur onaangenaam) en boden ze het ontbijt de volgende ochtend aan.

Pros:

Locatie, nette kamer, meeste personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede parkeermogelijkheden, ook gratis als je niet op eigen terrein parkeert. Mijn hond was welkom tegen 10 euro tarief. Voor mijn hond lag een zakje hondenkoekjes klaar, erg attent!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, hooguit de prijs van €22,50 voor ontbijt. Ik heb er om die reden geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Pros:

The views were breath taking, the room was so cute, staff were helpful. Loved the entire experience.

Einzigartige Aussicht. Schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider etwas, was fast überall vorkommt. Plissee am Fenster, so dass man das Zimmer zum Schlafen nicht verdunkeln kann.

Pros:

It is a pretty place to stay with a breathtaking view over heidelberg. Rooms were really big and well equipped. Staff was friendly and the 24hr reception desk was helpful for late check in's.

Cons:

It is located in königstuhl, and is only accesible via taxi after 7pm, but it is close to nature and pretty hiking trails. There are no other hotels or restaurants nearby.
