I liked the presentation, it is nicely furnished and decorated. Attentive staff.

Cons:

My suite differed from the pictures on Booking.com. Apparently the listing hasn't been updated.and the descriptions did not match. As a result I was put in a suite with one tiny window, quite dark and claustrophobic. The reception manager "upgraded" us the next day as the hotel was full, which was quite disruptive. I am aware all rooms have "character", but if you are a lover of natural light like me, this is not the hotel for you. Unless you pay for the top suite.

This property is listed as having a spa. that is why i booked it. When i arrived they told me it was a massive extra charge to use the spa and i could only try to book certain times. Total rip off

Perfect hotel
Pros:

The Hotel was very close to all amenities. The room was comfortable, clean and very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, and the room was excellent. The location is right next to the train station, so it's walkable from there or to the shopping center and restaurants. We didn't have time to visit it, but they also have a spa that you can reserve.

Cons:

We just came from the Shard hotel in London, so maybe our expectations were a little high, but the service felt a little cold. They also had difficulties providing simple necessities like umbrellas or water bottles.
