Friends weekend away
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully furnished & a relaxed vibe. Great location for shops/restaurants/bars.
One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.
Bedroom was very spacious with all amenities (hairdryer, iron, bottled water)
Bathroom provided full size products (Temple Spa shampoo, body wash etc).
Lovely thermal suit/spa, albeit an extra cost to use.

Cons:

Being rudely awoken at 5.30am, with a bin lorry right under our window, clearing hotel waste. Went on for at least 30 minutes.
I did mention this to reception staff on check out.
Would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for this !

Pros:

Smells lovely, staff attentive, clean comfortable room. Great breakfast choice.

Cons:

Don't like large already used soap. Shampoo etc. prefer tiny one that is only for me!

My ideas
Pros:

The meals. Great choices for breakfast and the dinners excellent. I enjoyed how quiet the hotel is.

Cons:

I didn't like looking at the walls of a building. People on their own should be given a room with an outlook.

Pros:

Food, staff, location were great

Cons:

£50 charge for hotel to hold until you leave , if any damage they said in room , no forwarning of this charge until check in , and no fridge in what they call a deluxe room.

I’m glad I chose this gem!
Pros:

The location is perfect! The amenities and facilities are just what I needed on my vacation. Most definitely are the staff!!! Everyone have been very helpful and accommodating. I’m glad I chose this hotel. It was worth every penny!!
