I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

A special thanks to the receptionist, Vaishnavi, who made my experience even better. She was extremely polite, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Her helpful nature, quick assistance, and attention to detail made the check-in and overall stay smooth and hassle-free.

A good local hotel, clean, well maintained and somewhere to stay again!

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Nagpur. The hotel was very clean, well-appointed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our visit.

Each morning we enjoyed a delicious, simple South Indian breakfast, which was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day.

Its central location makes it an excellent base for exploring Nagpur or travelling around the city. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and great-value hotel with excellent service, I would happily recommend Treebo The Pavilion, Railway Station.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stey! The accommodations and service were excellent, but what truly made my experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality. I want to extend a special thanks to Miss Vaishnavi. She was incredibly polite, well-behaved, and always ready with a smile. Cons:

Please offer bar soaps, everyone do not prefer the shower gel. Please offer shampoo sacheta. Not everyone use shower gel to wash hairs.

Feeling deceived by booking thru you. Property /room pics are different than actual. Don’t know how booking.com will

Cons:

Washroom tap points open and even geyser power switch is missing and a tissue paper inserted in switch place. Very old feeling in the place .
It’s actual worth of room 202 was not more than 2000/- which you have charged Rs 3300/-

A very good hotel ,very neat and clean and closer to Railway Station.But room was not as per booking
Pros:

Rahul The House Keeping Staff.He was very Polite and Helping.
Cleanliness is very good

Cons:

1.I didn't get the City view room as booked
2.I got a kingsize bed but not extra large bed as per booking.
3.Morning Tea is not served before 7.30 AM.
