Cleanliness is very good
1.I didn't get the City view room as booked
2.I got a kingsize bed but not extra large bed as per booking.
3.Morning Tea is not served before 7.30 AM.
Had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very warm and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Krishna for going the extra mile and even bringing fruits from outside. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay.
Food can improve
It was really nice experience to be here at this hotel treebo pavilion. Ms. Anuradha is a good person and helped us in booking and guiding for billing and invoice.

Nothing, I won't recommend this stay at all. Staff are pathetic and rude. What was shown was completely different. Morning complementary breakfast has no options except partha . Water bottle is charged which is not acceptable. When asked was delayed. Amount which was charged and the gesture they showed is worst . This should be shut. My parents are old and they don't deserve this even after paying the amount.

The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we always felt safe and secure during our stay.
