Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness — rooms and facilities described as very clean and well maintained.
Service
7.9
Generally friendly and efficient staff (named welcome, quick day-room booking), but at least one report of insufficient assistance during a medical emergency lowered the score.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent and extremely convenient — inside/adjacent to Terminal 3 with direct access to departures and a free skytrain connection.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms described as quiet, comfortable and clean, but some guests noted soft pillows and one report that a "runway view" did not meet expectations.
Amenities
9
Good facilities for transit travelers: large breakfast offering, massage, easy access to airport services and day-room options were noted positively.
Value for Money
8
Seen as good value for a transit stay by many, though at least one guest felt the price could be high compared with typical local rates.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast is frequently praised as large, varied and delicious; one comment mentioned the buffet not ready very early for an early departure.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall very positive for transit/short stays due to location, cleanliness and breakfast, tempered by occasional service lapses and minor room issues.

Pros:

We stayed here for one night due to a volcanic eruption affecting our travel plans, and we were very happy with our stay.
The room was spacious enough, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety of continental and Indonesian food, and the Bubur Ayam was especially delicious.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short but relaxing stay, and the airport location made it very convenient for us to check in on time the next day. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing negative to mention.
