We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its my second time in this hotel It’s always sooo nicee cozy and cleannnn, and honestly, cleanliness is the most important thing to me. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location is also great, close to almost everything, and the hotel itself is beautiful.

The staff are genuinely so kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Kamal, the bellman, who was always welcoming us, asking if we needed anything, and making sure our stay was comfortable, even when it rained immediately got us umbrellas 🥺The receptionists were also amazing and so hospitable.

The restaurant was lovely with so many options. Elbariz, the restaurant manager, was incredibly welcoming and always gave us the best recommendations. We even came back to our room twice to find plates of dessert waiting for us as a welcome treat, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us so happy! Samir, the supervisor, was also extremely helpful, always recommending the best restaurants to us and the top cities and activities in Azerbaijan. even helping us with directions.
