beautiful view of the water and surrounding historic buildings, room was clean, bed were conformably, staff were lovely, partner liked chocolate hour.
the parking was a little confusing google send you behind the building and its a bit disorientating not knowing where the hotel door is, it appears to just be an alley and the a multi floor car park. for the price of the room it would be nice if parking was included, ac for the building was loud in our room

Great location comfortable clean king rooms, which are a good size on the larger side for a city hotel. Restaurant is well setup with a great menu. The breakfast off menu plus buffet is great, means you get a high quality breakfast fast or something quicker if you are busy.
It was a bit pricey for the time of year but still ok value for what you get. Barrister coffee an extra $6 is not good. For the quality of hotel and restaurant the first at breakfast should be included, many overseas hotels do do that. The quality of my morning two coffee was terrible, I could have drunk an instant pack and been more satisfied, and the Nespresso from my room was easily better than second flat white I got. My sister said she would send it back for me but I did not like the idea
Loved everything, comfy bed, soundproof room, blockout curtains. great staff, amazing full service breakfast which was outstanding, the valet parking. Felt veey spoilt staying here. Location great. Walking distance to eateries & Chemist Warehouse just next door.
The valet parking abit overpriced at $39 per night.
Both the breakfast and the chocolate hour were fabulous! A really nice variety of foods - I loved being able to make my own juice! Great location, right in the centre of everything. Rooms were very clean and made up nicely each day.
I was initially a little disappointed as I had booked 3 harbour view rooms and had personally asked for a really nice room as it was a special birthday. I also reiterated this upon check-in. However, I was given the only room without a bath and the one with the bed facing away from the harbour? In my opinion, this wasn't the best room - but maybe that's just me?
The rooms themselves were fine but could probably just do with a little more storage space and some hooks in the bathroom. However, this certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of our overall stay!
The staff
Everything is so perfect
It was close to everything that we saw and it had great views of the harbour and mountains.
Oh and I loved the chocolate hour a great time to enjoy a beer or wine.
I guess I can only say that if the property was close to the harbour that would be a bonus and of course the price of everything, but that is all I can complain about
car parking
Not exactly what I was expecting
Was given a disabled persons room and not told
Only on check out
Room was small and the curtains opened only to reveal a blank wall
