Fantastic, friendly
Pros:

Our room was extremely clean, well stocked, and larger than I expected. The staff are all friendly and helpful. It is very close to everything - waterfront, restaurants, Salamanca, shops, there's even a chemist next door. We will definitely stay again.

Cons:

We had the view of the adjoining concrete wall (only 2m away with no glimpse of anything else). If I knew this, I would have upgraded to a room with a view, if only to check the morning weather conditions.
Also, we returned to the motel for the chocolate experience hour, however we were disappointed to miss out every time our turn in the queue came. Other guests were polite to only take 1 piece each, so it was a supply issue and not a greedy consumption issue. Next time, I won't alter our daily plans to suit this experience.

Cons:

We opened the curtains and there was a big concrete wall in front of our view. Incredibly disappointing..
What was worse about it was that there was no mention of this when we booked the road.
We were in Hobart for a special occasion, I wanted to wake up and pull the curtains back and see the view. The room was very comfortable, but we’re really disappointed about the view.! really bad

Pros:

The suite Ibhad was on the 17th floor and the view was absolutely stunning! The room itself was modern and gorgeous. Very clean and I was lucky enough to have a huge bathtub that was a huge bonus. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious.

Cons:

Nothing really bad to say. I wish the stay wasn't so short.

Convenient slice of luxury
Pros:

Location is incredibly central to everything. Chocolate hour in the lobby was a wonderfultreat at 3pm every day. The rooms were set up perfectly for two, bed was comfy and bathroom was so nice!

Cons:

Room service options were lacking which was disappointing , had to resort to uber eats getting delivered on some nights.
Hotel robes would have been a nice addition.
Buffet breakfast was sadly a bit lacklustre, especially when it came to alternative milks for the cereal bar and vegetarian options.
