Maybe it was just our bad luck, but the rooms and elevator key cards kept having issues. We were five people staying in three rooms, and on both days we experienced problems accessing our rooms and elevators.
On the second day, we received a refund for breakfast and were offered an upgrade to three other rooms. Since standard rooms close to each other were not available, we were upgraded to comfort rooms.
Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service, and the room key cards continued to malfunction. We needed help from the staff several times. They had to call a service technician, but the issue was not resolved while we were there.
Also, the shower in room 317 did not have warm water, which was very strange.
Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we were honestly glad to check out. In our opinion, it was not worth €200+ per night per room. :(

Suitably located in the heart of Rotterdam, about a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Very comfortable rooms, quiet to ensure a good night's sleep. The gym is huge and very well-equipped. The front door is locked after 9pm, so that only guests can enter. Floors also require key-access, so safety is a top priority to Postillion.
The breakfast room is a bit of a walk away from the main hotel building, but not a marathon like I was expecting, based on the reviews I had read. The breakfast serves good quality food - the only thing that I can criticise is that they only serve vegetarian options: eggs, cheese, pancakes and vegan sausages, because apparently the hotel chose to opt for plant-based options ONLY for about 2 years now. Not a big deal for me, but it might be a deal-breaker for someone who is not used to a vegan lifestyle.

Beds were quite hard for us and felt narrow. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable.
