Very bad experience

In the checking out the receptionist lady tried to steel money from us by telling us that the breakfast was not paid only for one day 90 Euro but I show here the payment was 180 Euro and then she said it’s her colleague made a mistake ,terrible customer service

Bon hôtel mais emplacement bruyant
Pros:

La salle de sport est super ! Le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur une rue avec des bars et discothèques très bruyantes et actives jusqu’à 4h du matin. Très compliqué pour se reposer !

Pros:

La junior suite au 4eme étage, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le positionnement central de l'hôtel au sein d'un convention center.

Cons:

A voir si la chambre peut être faite avant 15h. Plus de diversité au niveau IPTV.
