Clean room, good size for a city centre room. I had a twin room, had a desk and chair, another seat for sitting, walk in shower, shower gel and handwash provided, good central location, entrance just around the corner from the World Trade Centre, can exchange room key for gym access. Gym is short indoor walk along a corridor.
Nice bar area, tea and coffee from a machine.
Staff were absolutely superb, all helpful and friendly, and all giving good customer service.

Noisy street. Window wouldn't shut. Room had too much furniture so was cramped.

A very convenient location. In the city center and close to the central station. The event I was attending took place in the same venue, so it was extremely convenient for me. I see other reviews complaining about the noise. However, the room I stayed in was very quiet. I don't know if it was because of the bad weather or if it was facing a silent street but I didn't hear any noise.

Location, rooms are decently sized with nice showers, some staff friendly
Staff not very personable, rooms were not cleaned to a high standard, was checked in on a laptop on a bar counter by a person who didn’t make any conversation or make eye contact once
One of the evenings myself and friends were playing some card games in the lobby and at 11pm and were rudely told the lobby was closed, something I have never experienced before in all the hotels I both worked and stayed in, last year we were there until midnight one of the evenings and the lobby did not close, if the lobby has opening and closing hours I think this is important to advertise as this space was one of the reasons we booked this property specifically
Last year we also stayed here and our stay was a lot better, management have truly let standards slip since then
Out of control of the hotel the noise outside the hotel is awful at all times with modified cars and motorbikes passing constantly revving their engine as though they were drag racing
Location was great, lobby was very welcoming and great for relaxing
No swimming pool, lift was broken

The location in very central and the room is O.K. for one or two nights.
