Zentrale Lage. Schöner Ausblick auf die Straße zum Leute gucken. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Für uns besonders wichtig war, dass wir unsere Fahrräder sicher im Hotelkeller abstellen konnten.

Perfecte locatie, midden in het centrum. Parkeermogelijkheden in directe omgeving

The breakfast was okay, they tried to cater to vegans, plant milk, fruits, fruit smoothies, and vegan croissants, which tasted really good. The staff was nice and helpful, the shower temperature was great, and I really enjoyed it.

Hotel super schön, modern und sehr edel.
Zimmer aber eher klein als groß, aber ausreichend für den Aufenthalt.

De locatie was echt top. Als je de straat uit liep had je links en rechts een mogelijkheid om een metro of een tram te nemen. Veel winkels dichtbij. Helemaal top.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Fitnessstudio war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und für ein Hotel wirklich einzigartig. Unsere Junior Suite war großzügig geschnitten und bot ausreichend Platz für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone with mobility issues or disabilities.

Before arrival, I specifically booked two rooms and informed the hotel that my mother has a disability and cannot manage stairs. Despite this, the hotel proved to be completely unsuitable for someone with limited mobility.

The building is enormous, spread across a vast area, and navigating it requires significant walking. For someone who struggles to walk, this is extremely difficult. In fact, I would say the hotel is not genuinely wheelchair accessible. Many areas would be impossible or extremely challenging for wheelchair users to access.

The accessibility issues started immediately. The doors throughout the property are very heavy, making them difficult to open independently. The corridors and room layouts are narrow, and my mother’s rollator would not fit comfortably through some areas. To reach reception, we were instructed to use a delivery lift located at the opposite end of the building, requiring us to walk a considerable distance just to enter the building and then walk all the way back through it again. This arrangement is completely impractical for guests with mobility difficulties.

My mother was effectively unable to leave the fourth-floor corridor independently because the heavy glass door leading out of the corridor was too difficult for her to open while using her rollator. This left her dependent on assistance whenever she needed to move around the hotel.

The bathrooms were also concerning. One bathroom had visible mould, and the shower featured a large, high step with no grab rail or handhold. This presented a significant trip and slip hazard, particularly for elderly guests or those with mobility . In one room, the key card had to be swiped six to eight times before the door would open. In the other room, the door lock was not functioning properly, meaning the room could not be securely locked for the night. Very unhappy
