La habitación muy bien, muy correcta, cama dura confortable.
Muy frio, para ir a desayunar tienes que cruzarte unos pabellones de congresos, tardas rato ir y volver… me decanté por este hotel por las fotos del gym y al llegar estaban de reformas y no me avisaron antes. Eso sí, me dieron un pase la un gym a 5 min.
Hervorragende Lage, da wir mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs waren kam uns der Fahrradkeller sehr entgegen. Ein besonderes Hotel, ganz toll

Breakfast very good
An unremarkable experience. No problems; everything worked and I slept fine. But -- considering the price -- everything was near the bare minimum, from the saggy matress to the limited breakfast buffet. If this had been a cheap stay it would probably derserve five stars, especially considering the great location. The tiny and cramped room was orderly and clean, and included a desk (very useful for a business trip). Overall, four stars for an uneventful stay in connection with a convention center event; three stars for value for money.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel
I was travelling for a conference. I am older and not an experienced international traveller and had many "stupid" questions -- like how to use my phone to pay lol. EVERYONE at the hotel and conference center was helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things! Also, the nespresso machine in the room made my mornings much peppier!
Did not like the sliding door bathroom in room 303 because you couldn’t leave the door open or the sensor light would turn on when there was any movement in the room. And you couldn’t turn the bathroom light off.
Overall, the hotel is comfortable and accommodating. Unfortunately, the direction and location of the room meant that most nights there were tons of motorcycles making noise, which made it challenging to sleep. So beware if you are in the low, even-numbered rooms.
It was so incredibly noisy outside that I could not sleep...the room was super tiny; no shampoo...air dryer that was difficult to work, and a black shelf that stood out so far i thought i would hit it every time...the air conditioning was minimal.
