Un très bel hôtel idéal pour un séjour en amoureux à Venise
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable juste devant un arrêt de « bateau-bus » peut-être un peu à distance des monuments et musées à visiter (20 minutes à pieds ce qui reste raisonnable)
Confort parfait, le « pillow menu » propose plusieurs type d’oreiller mais malheureusement aucun oreille ergonomique type mousse à mémoire de forme toutefois le personnel m’a aidé à trouver une autre solution
L’équipement des chambres est parfait, steamer en chambre,
Quelques petites attentions pendant le séjour (biscuits, truffes…)
Le petit déjeuner était très bien

Cons:

Bien que le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct avec la possibilité de commander des avocado-toast, Salmon-toast, œufs cuits de différentes façon et tiramisu avec pancakes pour remplacer les biscuits cuiller, il aurait été agréable de pouvoir commander des pancakes ou crêpes ou gaufres (une version un peu plus sucrée en complément des biscuits, tartes maison et viennoiseries déjà proposées), par ailleurs les œufs brouillés en libre service étaient un peu trop cuits à mon goût et auraient mérité d’être plus fluides.
Il ne s’agit bien entendu que de minimes remarques, le petit déjeuner étant quasi parfait

A wonderful and memorable stay in Venice with excellent service, beautiful facilities and a perfect location.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for our stay in Venice. The facilities were outstanding, the breakfast and food quality were very good, and the staff were truly exceptional; kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant. We had a wonderful stay and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

La vie de palace.
Pros:

Palace au top. Nous avons été upgradé en suite junior et la chambre était sublime. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse, à l'écoute et conciergerie au top pour réserver les restaurants le soir. On reviendra!
