Pros:

Beautiful old building, great location in a quiet area of Venice and really friendly, helpful staff. The glass of Prosecco when you arrive is such a nice touch.

Wonderful stay and highly recommend.
Pros:

Great hotel, the room was lovely, superbly clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection.

Cons:

The location is quite far out from the centre if that is important to you or your mobility is limited. Although there is a boat stop right outside the hotel.

Amazing stay.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice. The hotel is directly in front of the water bus station. Simple drop in from the airport. The rooms have all the facilities, and are capacious. Bathroom amazing. The breakfast has lots of variety. The staff are so friendly.

Great property and fantastic staff!
Pros:

The property has a modern clean feel with super comfortable rooms.
We really loved the suite and would highly recommend the property. Camilla, Oscar, Mattia and Francesca were fantastic hosts and made sure we were comfortable.
