Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit kleinen „Schönheitsfehlern“

Sehr schön gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Vaporetto.
Schöne, edle Ausstattung.

Cons:

Es sollte mehr Wasser in den Zimmern zur Verfügung stehen. Min 1 Fl pro Person.
Die Spennder für Shampoo und Duschgel sind so aufgehängt, dass man die kaum betätigen kann. Sie sind parallel zur Wand ausgerichtet und nicht im rechten Winkel.

Un magnifique hôtel, mais un service qui n’est pas au niveau d’un cinq-étoiles
Pros:

Magnifique bâtiment historique.
Ma suite avec vue sur le canal était superbe : très spacieuse, grande salle de bain, beaux volumes, décoration contemporaine et magnifique plafond. L’emplacement est également très agréable.

Cons:

Le service n’est malheureusement pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel cinq étoiles, surtout à environ 1 100 € la nuit. Accueil assez froid à mon arrivée, devenu beaucoup plus attentionné après avoir constaté la catégorie de chambre réservée.

Dans la superbe galerie devant les chambres, aspirateurs, matériel de nettoyage et vaisselle étaient régulièrement laissés en évidence, et le personnel de nettoyage était bruyant.

La première nuit, une lumière commandée par détecteur de mouvement s’est mise à s’allumer sans arrêt au milieu de la nuit, perturbant fortement mon sommeil. Le problème a été réparé le lendemain. La climatisation était également difficile à régler et la chambre beaucoup trop froide.

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était chaotique : une seule machine à café, avec une file d’attente et chacun devant préparer son café soi-même. Le beurre était présenté sous forme d’une grande plaque commune dans laquelle tous les clients devaient se servir.

Dommage, car le bâtiment et la chambre sont magnifiques, mais je ne reviendrai pas

Pros:

Location and the hotel were excellent.

Cons:

The staff weren't all as friendly as I expected. Some were great but others barely made eye contact. Also, there was no turn down service for the two nights I stayed there. That is usually done in 5 star hotels. Overall I would still recommend it, but there is room for improvement for their staff. Everyone should be friendly.

Best place to stay in Venice
Pros:

Beautiful old building, great location in a quiet area of Venice and really friendly, helpful staff. The glass of Prosecco when you arrive is such a nice touch.

Cons:

The gym could be better
