Could’ve been a better stay for my first time in Nashville
Pros:

I loved the location and the view from my room.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I wasn’t informed about the 50 a day charge for valet. Since there is no other choice for parking you have to choose valet. The towels were not soft at all for a Marriott branch I expected more since I’ve stayed with Marriott many times but this was a first that I was disappointed. The staff at check in was not very friendly and it took forever to check in after I had already paid for my room along with the deposit. I was also charge a random 50 dollars the second day I was there that also was not disclosed to me just happened to see the charge on my card. This is a location I will not be returning to even though the room was nice.

Very nice, and clean. Breakfast was very nice and a lot to choose from.
Pros:

It was very nice and clean. Loved the room and loved it had a small kitchen.

Cons:

The location it was far from downtown. Had to uber where I needed to go

The billing disaster made for a very bad experience overall.
Pros:

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Manager was unresponsive.I changed my stay from 2 nights to 1 night, informed them on the first night itself via booking.com, who contacted the hotel. There was no response. I was billed for both nights. The hotel claimed Booking.com should have adjusted the bill it at their end.

Pros:

Decoração muito bonita do bar e da sala de convivência, quarto e banheiro modernos.

Cons:

Durante o check in não foi informado sobre a retenção de garantia no cartão (Hold), verifiquei a cobrança quando o valor foi debitado do meu cartão, ao questionar a atendente demorou até ela concluir que o valor a maior era em função do "Hold", e me disse que seria devolvido. O check out foi no dia 30 de maio, hoje é 9 de junho e até agora ainda não foi devolvido.
