Impeccably clean guest suite
Pros:

Hands down one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in! I own a commercial cleaning company so to impress me is not an easy task. I was very pleased.

Cons:

The valet parking cost us $106 for 2 nights. There was always a long wait when we requested our car… which was only twice. Also elevator was always busy.

Pros:

It was so clean and such a nice room! Breakfast was really nice too and had such nice facilities. Staff were also amazing.

Cons:

The only thing to note is you’ll likely have to uber everywhere from the hotel but Ubers are so cheap in Nashville generally. Just something to be aware of but definitely not a bad thing!

Very clean room for a nice stay
Pros:

Convenient location with a short uber ride downtown. A 24 hour 7-11 across the street for drinks and snacks. Very clean and spacious room provided what we needed for a nice weekend stay.

Cons:

Valet parking didn’t meet our expectations. Our suv was driven down with the key in the console. We drove out for lunch and when we arrived at the restaurant , turned the suv off and grabbed the key to lock the door- we had been given the wrong key. Took some time to make contact with valet to correct the situation and be driven the key for our vehicle. We were told there would be a 1 day credit for their mistake but we were changed the full amount.
