Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We reserved two rooms, a regular room and a roll in shower room. We were guaranteed a roll in shower accessible room and confirmed several times prior to arrival, but at the time of check in management said the room was not available. This is a serious ADA issue. They never provided the guaranteed reserved room. In addition, the hotel made additional charges every night for "incidentals" that the credit card declined. Would not stay in the Towneplace Suites Marriot Nashville Midtown again.

Bon établissement mais un peu éloigné du centre de Nashville.
Pros:

Bon établissement, séjour agréable.

Cons:

Bien que l'établissement ne puisse pas améliorer ce point, il faut indiquer qu'il est assez éloigné du centre de Nashville (une bonne vingtaine de minute de marche rapide).
C'est dommage car le séjour dans l'établissement était agréable.

Not very happy
Pros:

Rooms were big and updated , complimentary breakfast

Cons:

First day asked if I wouldn’t mind if they changed linen every other day which I said yes but they only changed it once in the 7 days I was there cause I went twice to reception to complain

Cons:

The staff at this hotel was unacceptable. The front desk receptionist was dismissive, unpleasant, and not very welcoming. The valet staff also lacked friendliness. As someone visiting from out of town and staying at what is supposed to be a nice hotel, I expected to feel welcomed and valued as a guest, rather than treated as just another customer.

Although the receptionist, Shawn, who assisted us at checkout was exceptional, if we had that level of service from the beginning, our stay would have been a 9 out of 10 instead of a 5 out of 10.

Pessimo hotel!
Pros:

Nao gostei de nada, pois não pude usar minha reserva. Eu sabia que chegaria próximo a meia noite em Nashville, mandei mensagem e liguei para a acomodação informando que chegaria tarde e na madrugada do dia seguinte. O hotel me disse que não teria problemas, mas quando cheguei a 1h da manhã cancelaram minha reserva e não me disponibilizaram nenhum quarto, fiquei na rua sem hotel durante a madrugada em Nashville! Ate que fui para outro hotel onde o atendente me ajudou e conseguiu um quarto próximo ao aeroporto! Estou ate hoje aguardando uma posição do gerente do hotel, e do booking! Mas por enquanto ninguém me deu nenhuma resposta! Absurdo !!!! Nunca fui tratada assim por um hotel.

Cons:

De simplesmente me deixarem na rua de madrugada na cidade, apesar dos meus avisos que chegaria tarde! Me senti totalmente enganada e desamparada!

Great time in Music City, USA!
Pros:

The hotel was a great value with spacious rooms. The view was great, location was good, and very friendly staff. The check in and check out process was easy.

Cons:

The dining option closing so early. The length of time it took to get our vehicle from value. Value parking cost the same as self parking; self parking should have been cheaper.
