We have a good time in Saporro
Pros:

The hotel location is right in town and walking distance to the tourist attractions and shopping.

Cons:

We are using the underground tunnel to walk to the hotel. Better instructions on how to get to the hotel from diffrent major tourist attractions would help.

I like everything. Very close eith attactive place and shopping. Near convinience store. Near morning msrket. Staff are very friendly. Very safe with access card with use lift.

普通。積極的にもう一度利用しようとは思わないかも。

Good location hotel
Pros:

The location was great and the room comfortable although very small. Room was clean. Not the best breakfast but it was ok. The staff stand and stare you while you put food in your plate.

Cons:

Reception staff was very rude. We booked the hotel for the parking facilities and when we arrived we were informed that the parking was full. When we told them that we booked the hotel for the parking as we also had our child with us the girl at the reception said “ first come first serve”. She gave us a map with the parking spaces around the hotel which were 3 blocks away without even apologizing for the inconvenience.

If Sapporo Will be your base for your Hokkaido visit Bespoke is the Best choice !
Pros:

Central location. Everything you need is a shirt walk. Restos, shopping.. the lounge was very convenient and used by many hotel guests.
The staff was helpful and hotel Management was compassionate in responding to our reservations issue.

Cons:

No Room Service facility. The breakfast was Good.
