Für einen Kurzurlaub ok.
Pros:

Super Lage und freundliches Personal.
Moderne Einrichtung.

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten - Stress das Auto unterzubringen trotz Anfrage.
Auch in der Nähe keine Parkhäuser, die Sonntags geöffnet haben.
Zimmer sehr klein, kein Safe und Kühlschrank.
Frühstück mit Anstehen, zum Essen unbequeme Tische.

Schönes Hotel in guter zentraler Lage
Pros:

Lage sehr gut in ruhiger Nebenstraße! Elphi, Miniatur Wunderland, Hafencity, Landungsbrücken innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Im Hotel dezent maritimes Design. Hoteltiefgarage vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch in diesem Motel One, wie auch bei anderen Motel One Hotels auch, viel zu wenige Sitzplätze beim Frühstück, so dass es immer zu Wartezeiten (bei uns in der Spitze 20 Minuten) kam, bevor ein Sitzplatz vom Personal zugeteilt wurde. Dieses Problem wäre leicht zu beheben, wenn die große Außenterrasse, die den Hotelgästen bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur als Ausweich angeboten wurde, zu einem Wintergarten ausgebaut würde. Vielleicht nimmt das Hotelmanagement diese Idee auf.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7.OG mit direktem Blick auf den Michel. Leider waren dort deutliche Geräusche von den vier Fahrstühlen wahrnehmbar.

Tolles Hotel, super zentral, ruhig und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Atmosphäre. Passende Zimmer mit Fenstern, die sich öffnen lassen 👍. Hier war alles, was der Mensch braucht. Ruhig gelegen trotz sehr zentraler Lage. Super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück haben wir hier nicht zu uns genommen, weil einfach nicht gemütlich einzunehmen, zu viel Andrang und viel zu einfach.

Gute Lage, für Geschäftsreisende ebenso top.
Pros:

Wie immer beim Motel One keine Überraschungen.
Frühstück wie immer perfekt, besser als in jedem 4* Hotel.
Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Personal war schon mal besser hier, blickt gezielt durch einen durch, trifft wie immer natürlich nur auf einzelne Personen zu, ist aber aufgefallen.
Man wollte mir zunächst keine Rechnung ausstellen, dies würde über Booking abgewickelt, was sich hinterher als nicht richtig erwiesen hat, war für mich dann wieder Mehraufwand.
