Le Personnel est accueillant et attentifs aux besoins des clients.
Humidité dans les chambres d'en bas. Le pavement et tous les équipements en bois étaient humide. N'arriver pas à sécher même pendant le grand soleil
Lugar bonito, funcionários solícitos. Nos deram um upgrade pois perdemos nossa última diária por conta de alteração no nosso vôo de retorno e eles não puderam reembolsar, devido a reserva ter sido feita pelo booking e o pagamento antecipado.
A comida é muito boa!
No primeiro quarto que ficamos o vidro da varanda estava trincado.
O quarto era com vista pro mar, mas algumas plantas na frente que cresceram demais atrapalhavam a vista.
Depois do upgrade nos mudaram para uma vila com vista bem melhor, mas depois de uma chuva forte entrou bastante água no quarto!
A água do chuveiro e da banheira demora bastante pra esquentar, e dependendo do dia ou horário não esquenta muito!
On a eu à y passer une nuit. La beauté du lieu nous a conquis dès l’arrivée. On a été surclassé et Notre suite était magnifique et un immense balcon avec une vue à couper le souffle.
La piscine était très agréable mais si j’ai quelque chose à vous suggérer c’est de passer au spa vous faire masser. J’y ai fait un tour et franchement c’est le meilleur massage que je n’ai jamais fait.
Concernant les repas, c’était bon également. On a terminé notre journée avec les activités, le snorkelling et le banc de sable offert par hôtel. On recommande fortement.

The view was incredible
East coast of Zanzibar and stands alone on the beach with nothing much nearby. Impressive staff , very warm welcome and great service especially in the restaurant. Food excellent and sensibly priced - wine pricey though! The room was a bit tired, had to get the shower fixed as not working properly and housekeeping was a bit haphazard - no towels etc Pool small and sunbathing area ok but not brilliant. Good for a few days as part of a bigger trip but not sure I’d stay any longer. Nothing wrong with- just not a wow.

As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I’ve visited Marriott properties across the world. Our two night stay at Le Mersenne for my 60th birthday and our 38th anniversary was fantastic and special. We were upgraded to a Karibu Villa , and when we walked in the bed was decorated with flowers saying happy 60th birthday. The staff—Marianne who answered my e-mails Mbasha head of guest relaitons, Vanessa and Edson who greeted us when we arrived and were always there to help us, Cosmos Shubani in the dining room, the pool staff and especially Chef Aggrey went above and beyond to make our stay special and make us feel like they were there especially to provide us with a memorable experience. We keep kosher, and Chef Aggrey ensured we had specialized meals prepared for us with special attention to all the details to ensure we had gourmet kosher meals. The highlights were friday night when Chef Aggrey and the staff came out singing happy birthday to me with a special desert prepared for us after a wonderful meal, then followed by an unbelievable saturday night 38th anniversary 5 course kosher meal dinner prepared for us by Chef Aggrey and his staff which was served under a canopy with a backdrop of a heart made of flowers in addition to flowers on the sand making a heart, and flower decorated palm trees and a swing around the canopy..
The boat staff especially captain Haji and Farida were extremely nice and took us to a beach and snorkeling. They made sure everyone got a personalized experience.
