für einen Kurztrip ok, halt nicht gerade billig
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt und es war sauber, Bad relativ neu installiert.
Kneipen und Cafés vor der Nase, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof

Cons:

sehr morbider Charme der 1960er, wenig Service, die Klimaanlage laut und nicht abzustellen, schmales Bett und sehr kleines Zimmer, die Lage in den Hinterhof hatte wenigstens den Vorteil, dass es nicht laut war

Very small bed, even if the reservation was for 1 person, the bed could have been at least square and a half, mall shower with bathroom always wet.

Het bed was comfortabel en schoon

Cons:

De douche was niet goed aangesloten (geen ruimte voor douchestang met regendouche) waardoor alleen de kleine douchekop het deed... dachten we blij te zijn met een regendouche, werk het dus niet. Ook de vloer was een beetje beschimmeld. De afzuig zat in de kamer en heeft een aantal uren hard gedraaid wat zorgde voor geluidsoverlast met slapen. Ook het enkelglas in de ramen zorgde voor geluidsoverlast. Ook was het scherm van de tv kapot waardoor we deze niet konden gebruiken.

Baliemedewerkers zeer vriendelijk

Cons:

Raam sloot niet goed tegen het straatlawaai.
Wel een waterkoker, maar geen glas of kopje. Wel 2 kledinghangers, maar geen gelegenheid om kleding op te hangen
Wasbak was te laag
Hele nacht veel lawaai (luidruchtige mensen) op straat
Tussendeuren op de gang klapten heel hard dicht

Vriendelijk personeel bij klachten

Cons:

Rumoerige locatie, slecht onderhouden, vies, lift semi-permanent in storing, kapotte vloerdelen, in 2 kamers geslapen, beide niet schoon ( etensresten en kleding van vorige bezoekers onder de bedden, overal haren, stof en vlekken), geen bekers op de kamers, geen faciliteiten.

Locatie is prima, Personeel is lekker enthousiast. Kat is leuk. Bed was schoon en netjes.

Kamer niet echt sound proof, Airco deed het niet. had gevraagd kamer schoon te maken en kwamen ook niet.

I liked the location. The bed was comfy and the view was good. The room was nice per se.

Cons:

No toiletries supplied even though they mention it while booking, they only gave me shower gel. They won't clean the rooms until we ask them to ,I guess. I left the clean button on,but they hadn't cleaned the room when I returned. They don't offer any change in towels,nothing. They give you the room and that's it. Ibis hotel charges less but gives atleast 3 star facilities.
The people at the reception were kind,but ofcourse none of the mentioned services are offered.

It is good value for money and great location
Pros:

The location was amazing, lots of spots to eat/drink just outside and the grocery store next door was a good help too.

Cons:

The window in the room wouldn’t close and found a bed bug in the bed, woke up with a few bites on my arm. Not too happy about that.

Ho pagato 197 € per due notti ma sono stato costretto a lasciare la struttura dopo la prima notte. Prima di effettuare il check-out anticipato ho contattato Booking.com chiedendo assistenza, senza ricevere alcun supporto concreto.
La camera era in condizioni inaccettabili: letto sporco, letto a castello di circa 180 cm completamente inadatto per una persona alta 190 cm, finestra non apribile perché bloccata da un armadio, stanza all'ultimo piano senza aria condizionata e con un'aria irrespirabile a causa della mancanza di ventilazione. A tutto questo si aggiungevano polvere e una generale sensazione di scarsa pulizia.
Ho trascorso una delle notti peggiori della mia vita. Le condizioni dell'alloggio non erano compatibili con un soggiorno dignitoso e per questo ho deciso di andarmene con un giorno di anticipo.
Trovo inoltre inaccettabile che non sia stato proposto alcun rimborso nonostante l'evidente inadeguatezza della sistemazione. Pretendo il rimborso della notte non usufruita, poiché il servizio offerto non corrispondeva minimamente agli standard che un ospite ha il diritto di aspettarsi.
Lavoro nel settore turistico e posso affermare che una situazione del genere non dovrebbe mai verificarsi. Igiene, comfort e abitabilità rappresentano requisiti minimi indispensabili. Quanto trovato in questa struttura è stato ben al di sotto di qualsiasi standard accettabile.
Non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Da gibt's nichts auszusetzen. Das Zimmer selbst war auch ok.

Cons:

Der Empfang war schon sehr spärlich
Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber
Auf Nachfrage wann der Zimmerservice kommt, die Aussage erst am dritten Tag. No Go
Neue Handtücher haben wir auf Nachfrage bekommen. Toiletten Papier mussten wir selbst holen
Das Treppenhaus und der Aufzug waren Horror. Alt und dreckig
Wir werden das Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen. Preis ohne Frühstück einfach zu hoch. Service nicht vorhanden... Schade denn die Zimmer sind eigentlich schön, man könnte was daraus machen
