De hoofdkussens waren niet echt fijn
The location is great! It is quite loud, but that’s what you’d expect from one of the most lively streets of Rotterdam. What would have helped is if the windows weren’t broken in our room and could have close all the way… The staff was very nice and helpful which made the experience a bit better.
The cleanness was not very adequate for a “3 star” hotel. Our room was not vacuumed, there was a gum stuck on the wall and undisclosed tissues under the bed. The towels and bedclothes were quite worn out (with holes and visible stains from before). The bathroom door handle was falling off as well. This is an okay hotel for 1-2 nights.

De receptie, de vrouw was zeer onvriendelijk, gelijk bij de aankomst maakte ze van een mug een olifant. De vrouw dacht niet in oplossingen die wel waren achteraf. Zij liet mijn kilometers zoeken in de stad naar een bank voor cashgeld met mijn zere knie, en veel banken hadden helemaal geen geldautomaat meer en waren gesloten. Achteraf toen ik weer terugkwam met veel strijd kon ik ook met een creditcard betalen.
Als je lekker wilt uitgaan in Rotterdam, vervolgens een paar uur in coma op het bed liggen en dan naar huis gaan is het prima I guess.
Ik trok de badkamerdeur open en de rioollucht komt je tegemoet. Lampen in de badkamer; 4 vd 6 kapot. Wc ging een stukje naar beneden toen ik er op ging zitten. Bed is hobbelig en bobbelig, ligt dus voor geen meter. Heel gehorig van de gang, maar uiteraard op een uitgaansavond ook van buiten.

Lights in room didnt work at all, so was in pitch black room - hotel didnt fix or care
Shower/bathroom would turn into a swimming pool after using as the drain all clogged - leaving a absolutely disgusting smell
Mould and damp allover the roof in the room in the corners - only noticed it on the 3rd night there as the smell was bad but got worse so I investigated and saw it all.
Hotel staff the rudest ive ever met, i asked if they'd like me to show them the room and the mould etc but the receptionist litterally said no I dont want to know ... unbelievable
The worst part ? Booking wont give me a refund as its saying its down to the hotel... imagine that.

The bathrooms are tricky because they are narrow and there is not much room to pass the toilet if someone is sitting on it..
The staff was friendly and helpful excellence location close to everything for a budget hotel it's absolutely great will be staying again soon
I didn't like the fact when taking a shower at night people off the streets could see the outline of my body
