استمتعت بالاقامه في جناح الرويال من ناحية الفخامة و الاطلاله على الغابة

المكان جميل و نظيف و الاطلاله خلابه ، جناح الرويال كان واسع و مريح تصميم بطل .

Cons:

مستوى النظافة لم يكن بالشكل المأمول عند دخولي للجناح وجدت علب عصير مفتوحه في الثلاجة و بعضها فارغ
الشامبو في دورتين المياه مُستخدم و كذلك المناشف، الهاوس كيبينج تقول نظفته الساعه 10 مدري مين دخل بعدي ؟؟؟؟
الجاكوزي كان الماء بداخله قذر و رائحته سيئة جداً
آلة النيسبرسو لا تعمل رغم طلبنا لاصلاحها او استبدالها لم يتجاوب معنا احد.
دورة مياه واحده بها شطاف فقط
طلبنا غداء من المطعم وصلنا اول يوم رائع و ساخن و لذيذ جداً ، اليوم الثاني طلبنا كانت الكمية اقل (نفس الصنف)
و بارد ، الفطور متواضع جداً جداً بالنسبة لفندق بهذه الفخامه، أصناف محدوده و مكرره يومياً وعند نفاذ الأصناف يأخذون وقت طويل لتوفيرها.
الموقع لايوجد به خدمات اقرب بقالة 8 د بالسيارة
لا يوجد مطاعم و لا كافيهات
فقط مطعم الفندق

the Area is facinating.

Cons:

the Area is facinating. the hotel was built to be wonderfull, however, I think the owner have never visited the place or met his emolyees, total neglegence, they infomed us thet the Spa facilities including the pool will be on maintinance one hour before checking in, with no real appology!
I would go back again, but only when prepaired to get zero service.

Relaxing and peaceful
Pros:

Love the place TBH. It is my 3rd time here and it is always nice.
They are always nice and kind. It is always clean and food is super delicious.
They always try to make your stay better by providing better room, asking you questions and so on.

Cons:

The service on café is slow, due to lack of staff, which is expected.
