Pros:

The location. The staff.

Cons:

Was supposed to serve breakfast, but due to renovations, it was not offered. A staff member did offer us free breakfast sandwiches from their refrigerator.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. But If there was anything negative to say is that they advertised that they have a break
Pros:

It was very quiet and clean. Everything worked too.

Cons:

There wasn’t a way to get in with a key at the side door. Luckily the weather was good enough that we didn’t get rained on Going around to the front door.

While there, nothing was cleaned. The refrigerator motor was going out. Very loud. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub. The breakfast was not there. There was nothing on booking that mentioned that there was not breakfast offered at the site. In fact they stated there was a free breakfast. Not the case. Finally there was very very little hot water

We were flying out the next moring and this hotel is directly across the street from the airport.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The lobby area and front desk areas were in disarray. The front desk attendant looked as if he had just gotten out of bed. The room was clean, but the shade on the window would only go down halfway, and the shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower were both empty.

Run down, no shuttle, will stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

How close to airport it was.

Cons:

Hotel felt like a motel with a # in its name. I Didn’t like the run down feeling, room was clean, but not as nice as other BW or other brands. I will spend a little more to stay at a nicer place.
And there is no shuttle service to airport, so that was an added expense not planned for.

The room has a stove, but there are no pots, pans, spoons, forks, knives or other kitchen utensils. What's the point of having an empty kitchen in your room? To raise the room price?

Pros:

Our stay was quiet, clean and comfortable. Our interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful. If we need to stay in Medford again we will definitely book our stay here.

Cons:

Our timing. The dining area is under construction and there is no continental breakfast at this time. But it looks like it will be a nice setup.
