It was decent for the price. The stairwell was filthy. The chewed up flosser in the pics. has been there for days.

I asked for a receipt and a refund for the night that I didn’t stay. (I checked out a day early). They said they could not provide me with either, that I would have to contact booking.com for that. I did, and they said the hotel would have to provide me with that. I spent a good part of my day off trying to get a receipt for my employer which i still haven’t received. Now I keep getting prompted for a review. I’m beyond frustrated. My boss is hounding me for a receipt, and neither My Place hotel or booking.scam will help me.

This is a great value hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and decorated well. The refrigerator was great. A great coffee shop next door.

Lightbulbs- I noticed in a few hotels the light bulb is missing somewhere.. however they did have a big light but I like to read by my bed.. and my headlamp was in the car.. and my knee was out 😉

Keep the public areas clean please.

Across the street from the airport. Great location.

Cons:

The hotel serves it's purpose. But, everything is kind of getting tired and okd. The only elevator has a sucper stained or simply dirty floor. Little things in the hallways, could have been cleaner and debris free. Actual room was clean and nice and comfortable. It was the getting to the room that was dirty or needed vacuuming sorry, but this is the truth, and since it is animal friendly, it should be kept that much cleaner.

Best stay we have had in a long time.
Pros:

Located very accessable to airport. Room was well appointed, especially the shower with the wall mount dispensers. Lots of channels to chose from on TV. Pillows were just right, not too stiff.

Cons:

Parking lot was full when we arrived, hard to find a space.
