La tranquilidad, pudimos descansar muy bien

Que no hubo desayuno aunque estaba incluir enmla reserva, eso me decepcionó porque en otras ocasiones nos mandan a desayunar al hotel de al lado y ahora no.. aún así el costo del hotel fue el mismo no hubo ningún descuento

Clerk made me pay two seperate $100 deposits and kept $100

It’s a maze trying to get through this place.
WORSE YET I had to pay two seperate $100 deposits because I added one night in a separate booking.
The clerk REFUSED to subtract the drinks and snacks FROM the deposit which I was told was WHY I PAID A DEPOSIT in the first place! I scrambled and came up with the second $100 deposit and I still got TWO $15 over draft for each; PLUS THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE $100 from the first night’s stay, or to reapply it to the reservation for the same room the next day!!! I have contacted them over and over with NO REPLY! They are thieves ! Do not trust them with your bank card EVER !!

We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Room was very clean (Nana did a great job with the room), air conditioner worked great, good breakfast and location was great. Right across the street from NRG stadium.

Even if ur staying there they charge 30-40 dollars for parking . Building needs remodeling ,detailing ..some tlc

Cucarachas en todas partes, incluso mientras dormía me camino una por el cuerpo, fue una estancia horrible, no podía dormir, no limpiaban bien las habitaciones solo tendrían la cama y cambiaban toallas, el primer día las cucarachas estaban entre el pan del desayuno, el hotel es viejo y descuidado, el desayuno era solo huevos revueltos y salchichas todos los días con café y jugo de naranja, el horno microondas siempre estuvo sucio, fue la peor estancia de mi vida

Very disappointed

Just because it was right across the NRG stadium

Cons:

Our room was hot all day through the night. We called front office. They never responded. We called multiple times. each time we called they never responded then as we’re going up and down the elevator, it smells like paint like strong paint through the whole building which was given us a headache. Then we wake up to get breakfast and when we go into the breakfast lobby eggs look like they are not cooked fully were runny sausage links were undercooked and set in water like they were boiled so my other option was getting bread or muffins. The muffins were hard and dry so all I got for breakfast was yogurt and orange juice. That was the only thing that was OK. We spoke to somebody. I can’t remember the man’s name. He said he was gonna try to fix it but when we went to go check out, they never mentioned or call me back to tell me anything about not moving us or getting us a cooler room when we slept through the heat at night we stayed in room 6257 I will not be recommending the hotel to anybody next game. I will have to find another place to stay at.

Stinky and unsafe
Pros:

It was stinky. Staff booked us in and several hours later booked someone else in our room. Thank God the rooms didn’t stink as bad as halls. Halls almost made you gag. Very unsafe neighborhood! Hard to get to. Fenced like construction fence all the way around. You have to go through another hotels driveway
