Great value close to Station
Pros:

Location is very close to Hiroshima Station (not quite within Station but just 2 crossings from the Station). Rooms are typical small Japanese hotel rooms but the beds raised higher to allow for bag storage under the beds was good use of space. Breakfast had great variety. Amenities were plentiful. Having a convenience store on the 1st floor was added bonus.

Enttäuschend. Wollte nach einem langen Tag einfach nur ins Bett und durfte mich eine Viertelstunde mit Check-In und Reze

Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Rezeption: der Service war das Schlechteste, was ich je in Japan erlebt habe. Die Software des Check-in-Automaten wirkt wie von einem Affen konstruiert, unhandlich und schwergängig. Personal ebenfalls keine große Hilfe und weigert sich, den Check-In am Schalter zu machen. Stellt keine Rechnung aus (diese Info sollte man vor der Buchung bei Booking erfahren, ohne extra die Hotelwebseite aufrufen zu müssen).

Zimmer sehr klein: selbst ein Handgepäck-Koffer konnte nicht frei geöffnet werden.

整體而言非常不錯，房間空間稍微小了一點
Pros:

離車站很近，一樓就是便利商店非常方便，但對外隔音效果蠻好的，沒聽到什麼雜音。

Cons:

比較麻煩的是，需要打掃還要貼告示在門上才行
以前的經驗都是不需要打掃才貼上告示

Very small rooms but beginning to realise this common in Japan - but this was very small. Hard to store 2 cases when closed let alone when needing open them

Pros:

Stayed with Sotetsu on my first trip to Tokyo so it was easy for me to choose them again in Hiroshima. If you are a light sleeper you might hear the trains, as the station is really close, but other than that I spent a lovely 2 days with them.
