The staff was very professional.
The main reason I booked this hotel was for the Spa facilities but these were disappointing : steam rom wasn't that steamy; dry sauna had no wood on the floor and the stove was way too big for the size of the room.

המיקום היה קרוב יחסית למרכז בהליכה. היה חניייה. חדר נקי ומאובזר. מיטה נוחה ושירות טוב. ארוחת בוקר טובה אבל השירות מאד איטי.
אין חדר למקלחת. מקלחת שקופה באמצע החדר. כיור לשטיפת פנים וצחצוח שיניים גם באמצע החדר. זרם מים במקלחת חלש מאד.
Персоналът работи с високо ниво професионализъм. Изключително любезни, учтиви и отзивчиви. Чистотата на стаята беше превъзходна, а самата стая беше много комфортна и уютна, с персонализирано съобщение за посрещане. Хотелът се намира в центъра, на изключително удобна локация за разходки. Прекрасен избор за престой в Пловдив!
Really comfortable beds, a nice walk into town and fantastic staff. I did not use the spa but it looked nice.
