Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. الموظفين غير ودودين مع العرب بستثناء شخص واحد كان يأتي بالصباح وكان لطيف للغايه ولا انصح اي عربي بالذهاب اليهم لأنني كنت ارى طريقة تعاملهم مع الاوروبيين بالاخص انهم يكونون خاضعين لهم وعندما يرون شخص عربي لا يبدون نفس الاحترام ايضاً المياه ليست جيده لديهم الحكوميه وبعض الفنادق تقوم بأعادة فلترة المياه لتنقيتها الا ان هذا الفندق لا يفعل ذالك

Clean and basic stay
Pros:

Clean, basic and very good price, area with a lot of Shops and Restaurants and close to public transport. Bed was comfortable and room was big. We would stay here again

Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall despite some noise issues.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. I would also like to thank the reception staff, who were all very kind and helpful. One receptionist in particular was outstanding. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but he was always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help.

The only downsides were the housekeeping and the noise. Housekeeping did not come to clean our room every day, so we often had to call the housekeeping staff when we saw them in the hallway and ask them to clean the room.

During our stay, we also had very noisy neighbors on several occasions, with loud noise until 2–3 a.m. and then again from around 7–8 a.m. the next morning. This was quite difficult, especially because I came to Istanbul for surgery and had requested, if possible, a quiet room. However, I understand that this is due to the behavior of other guests rather than the hotel’s fault.

Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel thanks to its great location and the kindness of the staff.
