I specifically booked this property because it is close to where I was working this trip, normally i am not a difficult customer but i think this property worked very hard to get the worst rating in my entire history with Booking.
I booked a junior sweet which is also not something i do often but THIS TIME i thought i would give my self a little more comfort, I arrived then the staff in the reception which she did not do any thing wrong but she did not also do the right things either, first she placed me in 201 which is a room the most far from the elevators of the 2nd floor and when i walked the very hot corridors which had the AC off, i walked into the room with the temperature on the AC screen 34.5 Centigrade I was sweating like a sauna room for over 4 hours, i removed the couple of hair from the bed sheet as well and all i had booked there is one night for work... I reported both the room and the corridors to the reception all what I got was we are sorry for this we will fix it, i was not offered to move rooms to a better room, not offered upgrade to make me feel better... nothing... even the corridors the reception gentleman was promising me that the AC is on but ofcourse it was not... i think the Hotel Manager is trying to cut the cost and in a while he will find out that he cut this property into pieces... on check out the same lady who checked me in did not even ask me how is my stay... she checked if i had any thing extra and told me you are free to go sir!!!

النظافة والغرفة وسيعة
موقعه غير مفهوم أي تدخل مع الاستقبال وتخلص من ال check in ومن ثم يقولك لف من ورى مع الشارع الداخلي وادخل من الباب الخلفي وراح يأتيك العامل ولفيت ولا شفت لا عامل ولا شي واظطريت اشيل اغراضي بنفس وبنفس الوقت تطلع الدور اللي فيه غرفتك ومقفل الممر للدور ولا تدري كيف ينفتح ولا ابلغنا من موظف الاستقبال.
أيضاً الموظف بالاستقبال في حين وصولي الساعة 12 بالليل لم اجده واظطررت للبحث عنه وكان كثير الاسئلة ولم يعيي اسلوب الاستقبال والرحابة
السعر مقابل ما وجدنا اعتقد يجب ان يعاد النظر فيه مرتفع
