اعجبني نظافة المكان وموقعه ومرافقه

كان حجزنا في شاليه وكانت الغرفه الرئيسيه مكيفها عطلان اتصلنا بموظف الاستقبال وكانو متعاونين وارسلو لنا فريق الصيانه منذ وصولنا الساعه 3 عصرا الى الساعه 12 بالليل وهم يحاولون اصلاحه وبعد المحاولات قالو لنا نبدل اكم الشاليه وممااثر هلى جودة اقامتنا بالشاليه قضاء اجازتنا بمتابعه فريق الصيانه وكان تعويضهم ان بكون خروج متأخر الساعه 4 عصرا وذلك غير منصف وبعد انتقالنا للشاليه الاخر كان مكينة القهوه عطلانه فكانت هذي الاشياء السلبيه وبالنسبه للعميل بالكاد تكون مهمه جداا
