That there were no satelite Tv channels, ie sky sport etc
Great staff
We were in AKL for a 50th in Sandringham; excellent location and great proximity to motorway and Mt E village. Bed was comfy with nice plush blankets; LOVE staying in places with laundry facilities cos can go home with clean clothes! Staff were very personable and courteous; explained things really well and i felt confident to get help if we needed it.

Not enough washing liquid for two days
We stayed at this property as it was near to an event we were attending . It suited our needs for one night .
Personal preference the bed was a little to hard for me . My husband didn’t mind it .
