Location is close to family and facilities are very good.
Their late check in was frustrating with an AI secretary who took 6 goes to understand what name was being said. Then you have to remember a 6 digit code that you have to use on the safe when ‘she’ lets you into reception to access your key card. Then the parking spaces are not logically numbered or laid out so it made what should have been simple, simply frustrating. It was not a good first impression when someone has had a long day and is tired and just wants to get to their room!
The location worked well for us - we had a close family member's funeral to attend and our family live 5 minutes up the road.
The couch - think the desk could be taken away for a slightly larger couch to be used.

No extra blanket in room if preference is to sleep without heating on. But one was swiftly supplied:)
Lovely spacious room, great shower, great kitchen area. TV remote not working but staff sorted this out propmtly
