Погано прибирали (точніше не прибирали): лише стелили постіль та забирали сміття.
В перший день дали 3 рушники, два з яких малі для обличчя.
Ми двічі зверталися аж тоді нам дали нормальні рушники. На шафах дуже багато пилу. Додаю фото номера після «прибирання»

This hotel has such a luxurious feel, which is incredible considering the price. They also kindly updated myself and partner to a suite which was such a lovely surprise. Staff were so friendly and helpful
It’s a little further from the city than I thought but to get an uber is fairly cheap and it did have good public transport to be fair

床很舒服，房间布置的很温馨，有小冰箱，员工特别友善英语也很好，不像在马德里前台连英语都不会说😡浴室水还比较大，洗澡挺舒服的
房间是中央空调，制冷效果太差了，到天黑开窗才能勉强凉快一点，温度虽然可以调但是风巨小，好在里斯本总体比较凉快，酒店离中心需要坐两站地铁，但不过地铁就在门口而且打车也非常便宜所以不算大问题

Când am ajuns, nu era făcută curățenie în baie, în sensul ca se făcuseră niște lucrări de renovare, cel mai probabil, și nu s-a mai făcut curățenie după, însă nu ne-a deranjat foarte tare, mai ales ca începând cu a doua zi s-a făcut o curățenie exemplară în toată camera, fără să cerem noi. În ce-a de-a doua zi, ni s-a părut că personalul de la micul dejun râdea de noi și se amuzau pe seama noastră, în limba lor, noi fiind obosiți și confuzi, după un drum lung, dar poate fi doar o impresie greșită, în zilele următoare nu s-a mai întâmplat. Ar fi bine, totuși, să nu se creeze asemenea impresii, prin zâmbete și priviri cu subînțeles, sau prin discuții însoțite de râsete , într-o limba necunoscută de turist
