الفندق جميل والموقع أجمل وموظفي الاستقبال جدا ممتازين وان كنت سوف اعيد التجربه من أجل موظفي الاستقبال كانوا ودودون جدا ومتعانون حتى موظفي اللي يحملون الشنط ساعدونا كثير جدا
The room was outstanding with a sea view. Michelle the receptionist who greeted me was absolutely amazing.
The bar wasn’t well stocked, some cocktails couldn’t be made.

لش حلو واعيدها الصدق بس اللهم نظام الهاوس كيبر يجون وانا حاط لا مايجون ع الباب مالها داعي + الفوط ريحتها تكا مسالا 🤡 مو كلها طبعا بس تاكد اذا ريحتها اكل قل لهم
للأسف كانت تجربتي غير مرضية. حجزت ليلتين في الفندق، لكن بسبب الأحداث الأمنية في البحرين اضطررنا إلى المغادرة بعد حوالي 9 ساعات فقط من الوصول. تواصلنا مع إدارة الفندق وطلبنا استرداد المبلغ أو جزء منه نظرًا للظروف الاستثنائية الخارجة عن إرادتنا، لكن لم نجد أي تعاون. كما تواصلنا مع Booking ولم نحصل على المساعدة المتوقعة. كنت أتمنى المزيد من المرونة والتفهم في مثل هذه الظروف..للاسف
كان هناك رجل كبير في السن في المسبح متحرش في الاطفال لدرجه انت على مدار الساعه كنت مع أطفالي خوفاً منه على أطفالي ولقد تحرش في احدى النساء
