A very disappointing stay due to excessive noise, poor service, and unacceptable room conditions.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The suite had maintenance issues upon arrival, including faulty lighting that required repair. The furniture was old, worn out, and not properly maintained, and the cleanliness was below expectations. The noise from the nightclub below the hotel was so loud that it could be heard clearly even on the 10th floor, making it very difficult to rest or sleep. The service was slow, and the attitude of one of the reception staff members was unprofessional and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at around 4:00 AM, forcing all guests to evacuate, only for us to be told later that it was a “technical error” without any proper explanation. Due to these issues, I only stayed one night and spent the rest of my booked stay elsewhere. Overall, the property did not meet the standards advertised or expected for the price paid.

طاقم غير مهني وخصوصا الرسبشن. بستثناء المدير احمد المصري. الله يعطيه العافيه حرام يكون عنده هذا الطاقم الغير متعاون ولا

الرسببشن غير متعاون. قبل قدومي. اتصلت للتاكيد حيث اني لم اجد سويت في بوقنك. واكدت لي الموضفه انه موجد وبنفس التكلفه علما ان بوقنك تم ترقيتي. لغرفه دلوكس
وعند قدومي رفظو الا بدفع 1200 ريال زياده وتم تاخيري اكثر من نصف ساعه للدخول لاكن ثاني يوم كلمت المدير احمد المصري جدا متعاون ومتفهم الله يعطيه العافيه صراحه حل مشكلتي وعوضني اخر يومين بفطور مجاني علما اخر يوم دق جرس الانذار بتاريخ 29 ميلادي الساعه3 فجرا تقريبا ونزلو كل ساكنين الفندق واحبرنا على استخدام السلالم وشايل اطفالي وخايفين وخرجت من القندق لعدم الاحساس بالامان ولم يتم تعويظنا عن الخطا في جرس الانذار.
تعامل الطاقم غير مهني. وتبريرات غير منطقيه مما خلق شعور بعدم الامان
بصراحه الطاقم وخصوصا الرسبشن والمدير المناوب غير مهني ولا يوجد خبره في التعامل
لاكن اخص الشكر للمدير الاستاذ احمد المصري المدير حق الفندق جدا متفهم وخدوم ومهني. ووجه بشوش يمتص غضبك ويخدم للامانه هذي تجربتي. كانت

المناشف قديمه جداً وغير ناعمه ولا تتوفر سوى مناشف كبيرة الحجم فقط مرافق الحمام ناقصة بالإضافة إلى انه في الساعة الثالثة والنصف صباحاً أطلقت صافرات الحريق في كامل الفندق مما اضطرنا إلى النزول من الدور الرابع عشر عن طريق الدرج لم نتلقى اي اخبار أثناء ذلك من الموظفين إلا بعد نصف ساعة وبعد النزول إلى ردهة الفندق ولم يخبرونا اي شئ وفي الصباح لم نتلقى اي اعتذار من الطاقم وكأن اي شئ لم يحدث
