موظف الاستقبال مصري غير محترم ولا يصلح للعمل في هذا المكان..قمت بحجز ليلتين وقام الموظف المصري بإلغاء حجزي ويقول ان هذي هي سياسه الفندق ..وتوجد موظفه محترمه اسمها اعتقد مشيل فلبينيه هي من قامت بدخولي بعد 4ساعات انتظار ..وكان ميدير الفندق اسمه احمد قمه في الاخلاق قام بحل الموضوع.. ولا اعتقد اني سوف احجز في هذا الفندق مره ثانيه بسبب ما حصل لي وارجو من مدير الفندق اتخاذ الاجراء المناسب للموظف لانه لا يصلح العمل في هذا المكان
