The breakfast was a great value and convenient. The grounds and inside was clean- always someone cleaning. Great amenities!
At one point in our stay only 1/3 elevators working which was inconvenient and a mild inconvenience of having to move rooms due to our air freezing up.

Nismo dobili sobu koju smo rezervirali. Na recepciji su nam rekli da tu sobu vise nemaju i da ćemo dobiti sobu s manjim krevetima. Platili smo doručak, no svako jutro su nam zaračunali cijenu doručka i morali smo na recepciji svako jutro objašnjavati da smo platili doručak i da nam daju vaučer.
Kreveti i jastuci su izuzetno neudobni, a madraci su propali u sredini.

Close to appointments and usually reasonably priced.
Price this time was double the normal rate because of soccer world cup. My trip was for medical visits. Looking into other options for my next visit. Ice maker on my floor broken and bathroom would not stay on track.
The rooms were clean and staff were great.
While in general the hotel is good, tonight I'm writing this complaint at 11:26pm, because I can not go back to sleep. I was trying to sleep but there was a very loud group in patio area by the pool and even when I've complained twice to the front desk nothing have changed. On my second call the front desk told me "there is nothing I can do, the pool area is closed but they are on patio so I can't do anything about it". When you pay for a hotel room, you basically pay to be able to REST. Not for some soccer hooligans to have a party and keep you awake. The response from the front desk was unacceptable. When I challenged them that they could very well evict noisy people if it comes down to it he told me no he could not. He could only ask them to keep it a bit quieter. When I finally said in that case I'd just call the HQ and complain, he hang up the phone on me. That is NOT acceptable behavior, not when I'm asking the peace and quiet that comes with a hefty price tag.
