The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Complimentary drinking water, ice, and coffee were always available, which was a nice touch. There is also a self-service laundry, which is very convenient for longer stays.
The only minor downside was the air conditioning. It worked, but it cooled the room quite slowly, taking around five hours to reach a comfortable temperature.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
The biggest downside was the breakfast. It is not served at the hotel but at a café about 100 meters away. The breakfast menu is exactly the same every day: toast, an egg, a small salad, and one drink. After a couple of days, it became quite repetitive.

always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Kyoto, and it never disappoints. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Omiya Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are always spotless, spacious, and comfortable.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are always incredibly polite, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to help their guests.
This visit was particularly special, as they helped me with the delivery of a cake to celebrate my 40th anniversary. I honestly don't have the words to express how grateful I am for all their support and kindness throughout the process. They handled everything with such care and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Their exceptional hospitality made a very special occasion even more memorable. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely continue staying here whenever I visit Kyoto.
