Good stay, great value
Pros:

The location was very near to metro stops which was good. Room was comfortable for 4 people. The staff were very helpful and the reception area was useful.

Cons:

The room was a little small but still comfortable.

Pros:

Amazing for the price. Good location, close to bus and train stations that can get you anywhere in the Kyoto area and also walkable to a lot of tourist attractions.

Cons:

Wish we could've had cleaning services at least one day during our 3 night stay.

Good Location, Amazing Staff!
Pros:

The hotel has a great location! Very convenient. The staff here was super friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

A few downsides was that the bathroom wasn’t fully clean, more around the shower area. The air con in the room wasn’t working to properly, and would sometimes smell a little odd. However apart from that it was good!
