Fantastic place to explore Porto
Pros:

Its location next to the Iron Bridge is ideal both for exploring the old town and for venturing into the neighbourhood where the wine cellars are situated. The views from the room, the breakfast room and the terrace bar are extraordinary. The staff are attentive and multilingual.

Cons:

The only downside I can think of is that the sound of trams crossing the bridge could be heard clearly inside the room, although it wasn’t actually that annoying.

La limpieza como siempre excepcional y la gente que trabaja muy atenta

Cons:

Ya son varias veces las que he estado en este hotel y lo que he visto de esta vez es que faltaba gente de servicio por las mañanas en los desayunos y falta de reposición de productos.
También tema seguridad la puerta de acceso que tienen para salir al puente de San Luis muchas veces estaba abierta pudiendo acceder cualquier persona.
