Perfekte Location in Porto. Jederzeit wieder.

Ein perfekter Platz für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Porto.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen, direkt am Fluss. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und fußläufig ist sowohl die Altstadt als auch die Promenade am Flussufer sehr gut erreichbar.

We had dinner in the restaurant and I feel I was completely ripped off.For 35euro per person I had the picanha and prawn which consisted of an extremely tough piece of meat the size of a matchbox and a prawn that was too salty and a block of pineapple on a bed of creamed spinach.Had to go to a Burger King as I was still hungry.Bad food for a nice hotel.

Our first visit to Porto & an excellent chice of hotel & location which delivered on all fronts.
Pros:

The location was excellent & so convenient for walking over the bridge & into the historical area of Porto.
Accomodation & hotel facilities generally of a high standard.
Staff attentive & very welcomimg & helpful, all requests dealt with promptly & efficiently

Cons:

Very poor management, not enough staff working to cover the facilities. All 3 bars had to be closed on Saturday. When one reopened only 1 member of staff was working. She was under so much pressure, she broke down in tears on shift.

I think the is the best location you can stay in at Porto, also the food was really good, room is clean and staff was really helpful.
